My favorite place to buy clothes and accessories. I absolutely love the environment. When I go there with my friends, we generally spend more than 2 hours walking almost everywhere in the store and looking at different products. Also, I like the fact that their products selection is large. We can find almost everything there. I highly recommend this store.

This particular location of T.J. Maxx is my favorite. The products are quite varied and are constantly replenished. You can shop and go back only a few days later to find many new treasures. The prices are very fair also. All of the staff that I have interacted with have been courteous, helpful, and friendly.

I have visited many T J Maxx stores and this one by far is the best one I’ve been to. It’s obvious the employees care about their store. It’s organized and clean. I will definitely visit again.

Nice place to buy a few year old big band items at low ticket price. IPrices are on mid to lower end of spectrum through out the year. Selection is wide ranging from Gifts, travel accessories, pet items, bedding, clothings, shoes and kids stuff.You can get a TJ Max card which works other sister stores like Marshall and home goods

This TJ Maxx really has quite a good selection of cosmetic lotions and that Nordstrom has, but for 80 percent off.Also, the store is pretty well kept for how many people were in this store. Everything was decently organized and orderly for being a crowded store.Lastly, the store associates were quite nice and polite. Definitely no complaints.

Perfect for gifts that suit old, young, fancy or practical or fun tastes. Also great for anytime clothing, shoes and accessories. Nice household items. Great selection for filling gift baskets. Home decor trends, too. Gotta search those racks. Return often because with seasons or holidays they change up the stock a lot. People at the cash register are generally very nice. Lines are well marked and they call out which register is ready for you. I love that, especially for someone like me, who gets distracted by all the tempting impulse buy items.My latest finds include placemats and a very long table runner, all of them costing less than the bargain chain stores I usually frequent. I am thrilled!Notes: Parking is easiest in the big lot on the back side of the mall. Lots of spaces. Have fun!

Love TJ-Maxx and this store is particularly good with large size...basically all the time of the year have good items 👔🥼🧥👕👖 and very affordable prices 💵 theres occassions where the store is kinda empty but its just once in awhile...besides that I totally recommended for shopping

The store is pretty low on merchandise but the staff is wonderful and answers all of your questions nicely...get there early they only have 100 people allowed in and parking can get challenging since they share a lot with target

Been T.J. Maxx a few times and actually like their selection of clothing for men. My wife loves their selection on items for the home.Parking is hard to find at times unless you shop during the day or at night.The associates are super friendly at T.J. Maxx and the place always appears to be organized.Ill be back for sure as my wife is on a rampage in updating the decor in our home...I cant be mad at her though as she isnt breaking the bank here at TJ Maxx.She has become a true Maxxinista.Thanks TJ Maxx for offering great clothes for me and value priced items for my home.

I brought my Great Dane to this store today, the staff was friendly and courteous, and everyone loved my dog. I was surprised a retail store would allow such a large dog inside, but they were really cool, and I think because of that, the atmosphere was conducive to spending happy holiday money!! Kudos to the staff at TJ Maxx Bellevue, 4001 Factoria Square Mall!! My wife, daughter, myself, and George(dog) all had a great time, thanks!

Manager working on 8/28/20 didn’t even take the time to come to the counter to discuss my return. He finally came after I requested his presence. This is poor customer service. They are usually great, but this manager was dismissive. He spoke loudly towards me to intimidate me. He was Caucasian, 5’8”, brunette hair, wearing glasses.

I like it here. I can find name brand clothes like under armor Addidas Nike columbia and so on. But they need more selection . When they have more selection I will be so mch happy. Their prices are better than department stores

Good selection of discounted designer clothing

This store seems smaller than other TJ MAXX stores, but it still carries the same items. Selection in volume is smaller but there are still purses, shoes, cosmetics,housewares, specialty food items, men, women and childrens clothing and a few pieces of furniture and decor. It can get pretty scattered and disorganized at times, which makes it harder to find things, but that just means youll spend more time in the store. Plan for that.

I bought a cabinet set yesterday and two of the ladies who worked there were so helpful in helping to get it to my car and packed away, despite my car being too small and requiring some zip ties to jerryrig the trunk shut. Really appreciate that they went above and beyond. Thank you guys again!

I love shopping here, but after the last two visits, I am not so sure. The customer service/cashier that helped me was awful, lecturing me about how if I intend to return an item, i need to leave the tag on it because it makes her job so much harder and she doesnt have time for it. Really! If I intended to return an item, I would not have purchased it in the first place. Not to mention, the rogors of her job are really not my problem.

Good variety of items. Dressing rooms were clean. Surprised they dont have a maternity clothing area. Womens bathroom has a good area for more chairs to sit, would be nice to see them take advantage of the space. I went in for a replacement charging cable for my phone and found out all electronics had been moved to the checkout area which you cant get to easily because its where people line up. Very inconvenient. Left empty handed instead.

Great experience. Had a really nice young fellow helping me. He was courteous even after dealing with the rude customer before me. He had a lovely sense of humor and he made me laugh. Nice experience.

TJ Maxx really does offer the same stuff found at a department store but at a discounted price! Youll find a huge variety, a mix of name brand and off brand goods. There are clothes, accessories, home goods, shoes, and traveling products. TJ Maxx is a happy medium between a department store and a thrift store. Ample parking in front of store.

Plan to spend time as you navigate the aisles of savings on everything from pillows to wrapping paper. Discounted prices on items that will cost you a lot more at regular department stores. Plus theres fun in the adventure of finding the great deal.

Returned a suitcase bought online a couple of months ago, T.J.Maxx would not refund the card used as it was an online Paypal buy, instead insisted that I use a store credit card. Just tried to use the store credit and was told nothing on the card, floor management said too bad. Store management then got involved and after some investigation, they have reissued my credit. Still think something is going on, but just happy to get it resolved.

I’m an avid TJX shopper and I go to all of them around the puget sound I must say that this is probably one of the worst locations they have. They have a lot of good items however their customer service is really horrible! Not to mention the customers here also kind that bad and impolite as well

I love this TJ Maxx location. I live in Bellevue but often go to this location whenever I get a chance while visiting my parents. Ive been to this location, the Northgate, Factoria, and Kent locations. As far as I know, this T.J. Maxx has the biggest selection out of all four. I have found items here that I didnt find at the other locations.I love their prices. Some of them are a very good discount. The staff is friendly and the cashiers are quick. I enjoy shopping here every time I come in.And the parking situation is a plus because T.J. Maxx have a huge parking lot.

The store was busy and a number of isles clogged with carts with stock. Super long check out line backing up into sales floor. Several of us asked if there was another cashier and were told no. There were two and magically another one appeared.

Used to love shopping here. However the staff isnt friendly. When I was searching for a gift and walking around no one asked if I needed help but I could tell they were following me around like I was going to steal something. Ive worked in retail and could tell when someone would come to fix some clothes and pretend to do something. Hoenstly this store needs todo some fixing of their management. I spend a lot of money at TJMaxx but I avoid going to this particular location because of the poor service.
