Very happy with my exam and the Doctor’s attention to detail. With underlying conditions it is important that my eyes are checked regularly. Great customer service as well. As with any facility that offers medical services there is a understanding that there is an investment in time required to get optimum results. Thanks for keeping my eyes healthy!

Very knowledgable staff. The appointment was easy to make online. All of my eye care questions were answered thoroughly and thoughtfully. I never felt rushed. The Dr. was generous with her time. They seem to have the greatest and latest testing equipment. The staff were helpful and yet not pushy about selecting my eye wear. They offered a lot of information about what my insurance covered. I am thankful to have found a great place for my eye health.

Only giving 3 stars because the customer service by the people who did everything up front was FANTASTIC. I mean, fantastic enough to *almost* make up for the doctors horrible attitude. For her, 0 stars. She was rude from the beginning. Yelled at me when she was ready and rushed me to the room. I apologized because I didnt hear her at first- no response, just a dirty look. I got into the room with her and she took one look at my paperwork and said, you were an eyepatch kid, werent you? I was shocked. She said maybe 3 words to me the rest of the 15 minutes (felt like an eternity to me) I was in there. I will not be seeing this doctor again. Great rest of the staff though!

My sons appt. was scheduled for 11:15. We arrived at 11:10. We were the only people in the waiting area. 11:40 comes and I asked what the delay was. Was told that there was an emergency and that the MD was running behind. I understand that emergencies happen, but, no one even took it upon themselves to notify me that there was, at least, a 30 minute delay.Customer service and MD experience was not ok. Finally saw the MD at 12. She didnt even introduce herself upon coming in the room. Rushed through the exam, wrote a prescription and didnt even explain what the prescription was (until I asked).Only positive experience was the nice man who checked us out.I wish I would have read the other google reviews prior to making an appt.This office lacks everything that is needed for customer service (including the MDs attitude).

Very knowledgeable and highly professional. I have tried other doctors and havent had success with getting proper contacts or glasses to meet my needs. I also feel confident in the doctors thoroughness in checking my eyes since I am diabetic. I highly recommend!

I honestly made a huge mistake by going to this place. I have been waiting for my prescription glasses for over a month now. 3 weeks after my visit, I went to pick up my glasses and guess what?, wrong prescription. It has been 2 weeks now since they were sent back and my order is still not ready in full yet. The worst experience ever!

Order was supposed to be ready on the 4th now 2 weeks later still waiting. Called 3 times said Friday afternoon or Monday should be ready, not so. High prices for low grade frames. Used our old frames and still very expensive with insurance. Have to pay for polarization on sunglasses that you buy. Overall the staff was nice and patient but the process was like being in a doctors office. Update: Full order was ready on the 15th, however husbands prescription was wrong so waiting again. Will not return to this location in the future.

I had an appointment at 2PM, and was told over the phone at 1:30PM, that the doctor is running behind and not to come in until 2:15PM at the earliest. I got to my appointment at 2:15PM, and after waiting a half hour, I was told that the doctor would not be able to see me for another 45 minutes. At that point I was given the option to wait or reschedule. I chose to leave as I had already waited for thirty minutes. This is unprofessional and not a way to run a business. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great place with polite and friendly employees. The doctor was great and took the time to answer my questions. They inform you of costs and whats covered by insurance beforehand. I will definitely be going back to them!! 👓👓

When I first walked in there was a lady on the phone and I could tell she wasn’t going to be very pleasant. The eye doctor himself was very nice and had no problem answering any questions. After he finished with my eye exam he sent me to the person I was dreading to work with. She honestly showed no interest in helping me find what style I was looking for. When I told her I was looking for glasses that are grey she just told me not many and to open the drawers. Any other time I’ve shopped for glasses they would try their best to grab what options they had so I wasn’t spending a bunch of time rooting through hundreds of glasses. Well not this lady. I also asked her how to best utilize my insurance and she just had an attitude and said what do you mean? I just said never mind and tried to find some pairs I would like. I found 2 pairs I was interested in and she was no where to be found. I stood there for about 10 minutes and finally I decided I didn’t really like anything there and I didn’t want to just deal with something I will have to wear every day. I asked someone there to go find her that I just wanted my prescription so I could leave and she came back with an even bigger attitude.

I was in and out, as a walk in, in less than an hour. There was no shortage of employees offering assistance, and it is obvious that they enjoy working with their customers.Edit: I initially gave this location 5 stars for customer service. The staff are friendly, to be sure, but theyre now on their 3rd attempt to get my prescription right, and not once have they offered to expedite the process. Its January, and Ive been waiting since before Thanksgiving.Also, its 9:10am, the location should have opened at 9am, but there isnt a soul in sight and nobody is answering the phone.Giving them a 1 star for my initial service visit, but taking the other 4 away.

The staff was great, very friendly and engaging with all of their costumers. The reason for the one star is because they messed up my prescription and they did not even get my sisters prescription in (we had our appointment on the same day and they said it would be in within two weeks). When we went to get ours together, and like I said they didn’t have my sister’s glasses in. So we are waiting for them to call but it’s been just about over two weeks maybe they forgot she needs new glasses and we are both very upset about it.I do not want to waste my time to get my prescription wrong again at this vision works and be in a room with the doctor. I felt as if I was being humiliated and I was very uncomfortable.

There was no privacy in this office. When the office tech had to call the insurance about my benefits, all of my personal information was spoken over the phone for other patients to hear. That was extremely unprofessional and another patient agreed. Dont want to return for that reason.

Be very careful about going to this location! I was seen by Dr. Curtis. I was given several samples, as well as samples of the same brand Ive worn for years. I went back for my follow up and told the Dr which ones I was going to go with. I still had a good supply of contacts, so he told me to call back and order when I was ready. I just called back, and now the Dr no longer works there send im told he didnt sign off on the prescription, so now I have to go back in to see another Dr because they wont let me order my contacts. Not happy and highly inconvenienced.

Well the staff are pretty friendly, my first appointment with the optometrist was lackluster. Felt like I was talking to a wall and I should have seen that as a sign for all the trouble Ive had these past few weeks. Had to send my glasses back for a 4th because they are still getting it wrong. Thought they had it right this time, but they actually didnt even bother putting a prescription in my other lens when I need a balance lens.Just was wanting to redo the prescriptions with a different optometrist but havent been able to do that because they promise me they will fix it. So here I am, over a month later still wearing contacts that are not the right prescription that are giving me headaches from straining my eyes and no glasses. Apparently Visionworks only has a 30 day money back guarantee, been over 30 days and I still havent even gotten a product to be guaranteed anything. Hopefully I can get my money back if I have trouble again when the next pair come. Very frustrated at this point.Also had a manager pull up her finger in a conversation with me to answer personal phone call about groceries. Found that very unprofessional.

I enjoyed my time, we were late to our appointment so the doctor was kind of rushing us out but I understand. I got two pairs of glasses by one get one free. The woman who helped me pay and pick out my glasses was so polite, I wish I could remember her name. She completely made up for the doctor being kind of rude. He just doesnt seem like he knows how to talk to people. But, all in all I had a good experience. Will be going back in the summer for a checkup.

I am customer and am rethinking going to this location. Some people there are not the most friendly and always seem preoccupied with other things other than their customers. I had to sit for almost an hour and half and even then left without being seen for my appointment. I was told there were a couple of people ahead of me and when i asked if their appointments were earlier than mine, the answer was some of them! Need improve the customer experience here!

I would give ZERO stars if possible. Dont waste your time following their email instructions after you set an appointment to fill out our forms online and save time when you arrive because they made you fill out paperwork with the same info that I completed via their online forms. This added time to the process instead of saving time. Store employees were like, awe shucks not sure why but you still have to fill out the paperwork

Doctor was great. But my son ripped a contact and I was told they were too busy to look and see if they had another in stock, even though another store said it takes two minutes. I guess I’m not worth two minutes as a customer.

I would not recommend this location based off of how rude the optometrist was. He is not good with children; and has no idea how to talk to them. At one point in the eye exam he basically yelled at my son how he needed to hurry because he had other patients. Once we got his prescription he had a print out of what it was and I asked about it; and he tossed the piece of paper at me and said its on there.... ? Just a rude man all around. We did end up buying glasses because they could get them done by the next day vs having to wait a week. The women who makes the glasses was super friendly and helpful. Good deal on the glasses without having insurance. I would not go back solely based on the Dr.

I have worn glasses for over 20 years and my most recent visit to VisionWorks for an eye exam was the most painless one yet. The doctor was was very polite and made quick, but thorough work of the exam. The retail staff really made me feel comfortable with each decision I had to make....from picking out the frames, the lenses and prescription sunglasses as well. Jonah did a great job of answering all of my questions and was sure to keep me within my budget. The retail manager, (I think his name was Damien, but I cant quite remember) was great--super nice, very knowledgeable--it was like talking with an old friend. I had a great experience at VisionWorks and will definitely be back.After wearing my glasses for almost a month, I am really happy with the quality of the glasses as well. I am not one to leave reviews---ever--but my experience really was that positive!

Paid this place several hundred dollars for glasses and contacts exams for myself and my son. Bought the glasses...doc said I could continue with current contact prescription if I did not like the trials. I did not like the trial lenses at all. I continued using my Biofinity lenses which were very similar. Five months later when I needed to reorder lenses through 1800contacts, this Visionworks location refused to release the prescription so I could reorder. And they wanted me to come back in for another $59 exam fee! My eyes could not have changed that much in less than six months. Bad business and even worse customer service.

Very disappointed in our experience here. Our first visit was over a year ago and the optometrist informed us that my daughter had amblyopia (lazy eye) and would need to wear eye patches at night, as well as wear glasses. On our follow up appointment, we were informed that the amblyopia was getting better and she could stop wearing the patches, but needed to continue with the glasses. We went back just recently and the optometrist thought her amblyopia had worsen and sent us to a specialist. After visiting the specialist, we were informed that my daughter does NOT have amblyopia and the prescription she had been wearing for the past year was completely wrong. We decided to go ahead and order her glasses from Visionworks since they had a pair of glasses that my daughter loved. We ordered two pairs of glasses a month ago. They called a couple of weeks ago to let us know that one pair was in. When we went to pick up her glasses, the prescription was completely wrong. To this day we have STILL NOT received either pair of glasses. From this point on, my family of 4 will NEVER go back to Visionworks for an eye exam or for glasses. The only bright thing about this store is Damien and the other two guys working the front area. They are ALL 3 amazing individuals and the only reason we went back to order our glasses.

Staff was Friendly. Quality of lenses is garbage, Ive been wearing glasses for 10+ years and have never had a chipping issue. Welp this is the first time Ive gotten a HUGE chip of glass taken off my lenses. I came in and was told itd be $110 to replace. While thats not outrageous by any means it should have never occurred to being with.

Anyone who says theyre rude or bad at their jobs is expecting way too much out of a chain optometry office in a glorified strip mall setting. You want fancy and butt kissing, head over to Geist. That being said, I thought everyone was fantastic. The dude who checked me in and did my pre exam was really nice and apologized profusely for having to reschedule my appointment (the doc had an emergency so I had to go at 4 instead of my original 9:15 appt, but thats no problem WHEN YOU ARE AN UNDERSTANDING INDIVIDUAL) and got me ready for the optometrist quickly. The optometrist himself was kind and professional and answered all of my questions honestly and without trying to sell me on things I didnt need. And the icing on the cake was Damien, who helped me pick out glasses that would fit my gigantic head and got me a HUGE amount of savings with my insurance. He, too, didnt try to make money off me with all the bells and whistles, and we shared a lot of laughs. I like to think we met as a patient and an optician, and we parted as not just friends, but possibly something closer to best friends. Hahaha but seriously, yall arent paying Damien enough, he was awesome and even offered to help take pictures on my phone for my wife.All in all, a great experience and Im excited to get my glasses in!

Words can not express how impressed I was with this establishment! Our appointments were scheduled very quickly. I scheduled all three of my children to be seen on the same day. I was told it would take approximately 45 minutes per child. To my surprise we were completely done in under two hours with all three childrens needs met fully and to the upmost satisfaction. What touched my heart was my 12 year old sons eye exam. He is on the autism spectrum and has struggled with eye appointments since he was 6 and has Deuteranomaly which is a type of color blindness. The doctor was very understanding of his fears and apprehensions. He handled him with kid gloves along with the upmost respect, patience and kindness. He didnt treat him indiffrently or make him feel like he was wrong for being the way he is. Needless to say my oldest son is no longer apprehensive about going to his eye exam. I couldnt have found a better place to take my family! Thank you Visionworks!Side Note: our insurance is accepted here along with many other insurances. Eye exams are effective and inexpensive. Clearance glasses are the bomb! There are so many choices it was hard to make a decision when we picked out two pairs per person!Our whole family of 5 is completely, 100% satisfied, with Hamilton Town Center VisionWorks in Noblesville
