I have attempted twice to print documents. They seem to be unable to print while you wait in the store. Both visits I was told the earliest I could receive would be later that night (and I visited the store late morning/early afternoon) regardless of the small print job. (I only needed 12 pieces of paper copied.) No other customers were waiting. None of the copy machines were being used. Dont bother wasting time headed up here. Just head to the Staples on 96th Street.

Tried to print some forms for my daughters Girl Scout camp. All I had was a web address and I cannot download PDFs on my phone. The person just said no they can’t use the computer. Offered no other help. Didn’t even ask someone else for help. I just left.
