Terrible service and experience. My wife needed to return a few items she purchased two days ago and was denied. The young lady informed my wife yesterday was the last day, which we understand however we were all out of town for my daughters cancer treatment. The associate, even with this info, showed 0 empathy denying the exchange, and then had the gall to ask if we wanted to donate to Riley?!

Great selection with many different sizes

For this to be a temporary location, it wasnt bad. Staff was very friendly and professional. My 5 year old was very afraid of the animated statue section. Good selection for adults and kids. I believe they have more options online if you dont see it in the store.

They werent reinforcing the Dont try on the masks policy. I know that must be hard, considering some public opinion on the pandemic, but its a deal breaker for me.

This place is Halloween. Just make sure you check for toilet paper and paper towels before using the restroom. Love it

Spirit is inside the Glenbrook mall! Great place! Wonderful selection

It was ok. Over half the displays were out of order with 2 weeks left before Halloween. Prices were high, even on smaller items. Staff acted as though closing time was 7pm, but they were open until 10pm that night.
