I had originally walked in to find out about accessories for the hearing aids I currently had and found out that they would not be able to help me for what needed. They offered me a better aid for my needs. The whole staff are so nice and are willing to go the extra mile to help you hear. I love my new hearing aids and the great part is they tailored to just me. I can hear everything now. Great people and Excellent service. Theyre very patient and non judgemental. Repeat service is a definite must.

Staff was really nice and friendly. Hearing test was free and fast. They offer different options for payment. They answered all my questions and explained my hearing test. Dillion was very professional. The lady at the front desk was helpful, reminded me of appointment, and made the environment comfortable.

Really I have to leave a bad review. They only care about the money, Called before and I was very clear about my insurance I even repeat myself so I wouldn’t Lose my time.As soon as I arrive the secretary asked my for my insurance looked at it and said “we don’t take this insurance here” but not to worry we will offer you a big discount. I told her about the phone call and everything else, she didn’t care, she was live a answer machine, remember we will give you a good deal ! Shame because they need to take a good care of their customer but Like I said. Is all about the Benjamin’s !

Misty the front desk gal is awesome helping with paper work and seeing things get done. Everyone is friendly and when we had to get hearing aides fixed they got it done.

My husband purchased new hearing aids on June 20th, 2020. After only about a week of using them, he had to return because one of them quit working. They had to keep them for about a week to repair. So then after it was supposed to be fixed, he wore them for another week and the other one quit working. So once again he was not able to use them. They gave him a new charger thinking that was the problem, but it turned out that was not it. So now he had to return both of them and they are supposed to be getting him a new pair, but it has been a week and he has nothing. We paid $7500 for these hearing aids and the company he bought them from has had them more than he has. We are retired and we trusted this company as we dont have $7500 to throw away. I would think long and hard before I purchased from this company. I just hope that if he ever gets his new ones they work. Its funny how the company wants their money right away, but dont care that you dont have the product.
