Given the tropical theme of the place, I had to try the shaved ice and was not disappointed. And wow, the sizes are huge! I got a small which was more than enough for me. They have tons of different flavors to try, so everyone can find something they like. Prices are pretty competitive as well.

Dairy-allergy beware:The vanilla flavor listed on the dole whip board and labeled as “not dole but dairy free” is not actually free from dairy. Casein is an ingredient and at the bottom of the vanilla flavor’s ingredient list it clearly states “contains: dairy”. I am very glad I asked to check ingredients as this is an extremely dangerous mislabel for dairy-allergic customers. I did bring this to the attention of the employee. The rest of the dole flavors are actually dole and should be fine. Loved those!

We were so delighted to find this place! My daughter and I were reminiscing about all the frozen yogurt places that once were around and now are gone. We were craving some and did a search Paradise popped up because of the Dole Whips! We LOVE Dole Whips, and we love shaved ice! What a fun and delicious combination. We popped over this evening, and definitely will be back again! So delicious, and the young lady working there this evening was so friendly. What a delicious thrill it is to have two of my favorite snacks from Walt Disney World just 10 minutes from home!

I can’t get enough Dole Whip! This shop is a fun little nook to get good Dole Whip, ice cream, and shaved ice. My new favorite Dole Whip flavor is the coconut. If that one were made a regular, I would have no complaints.

We usually love this place. However…Just left after ordering 2 shaved ice with dole whip. Neither of them contained the dole whip, the cups are usually packed down and full to the top with ice … this time they were barely filled and contained very little flavoring. Pretty disappointing for $10.

Not very busy when I went on a Sunday afternoon but the two teenagers working there moved like sloths. The service was slower than molasses in January. We waited 30 minutes for them to put together a root beer float and a standard shaved ice.

Decided to try this place after dinner next door while it was raining. My husband waited in the car with our 3 month old and I took our 2 year old in with me. My son and I waited in line for close to 30 minutes before ordering. Once we placed our order for a dole whip mixed with shaved ice and payed, I was told the vanilla dole whip machine was being slow and they would get it to me as soon as they could. We waited another 10 ish minutes before being told that it just wasnt working and to pick a different flavor dole whip. No other flavor goes with grape so I just ordered a cherry dole whip even though it cost less than what I had originally ordered and payed for. I had already been in there too long with my son needing to leave and my baby screaming in the car to wait another 15 minutes for them to figure out how to reimburse me so I left. The dole whip I did get was disappointing and the experience was one I will not repeat.

Great place! I stopped in 5 minutes (possibly less) before close and the two girls working were incredibly nice and helpful. I went with the hand dipped ice cream to fix a pregnancy craving and it was delicious. I will definitely go back to try the dole whip and shaved ice :)

You do realize that when you make snow cones in the kind of cups you use and fill it as tall as you do, its all going to fall on the ground. How are you out of milk every time we come in for milk shakes? Its called a grocery store.

This place is amazing we have been MULTIPLE times! There Cherry Dole whip is amazing with Green apple shaved ice! They just got there Rolled ice cream working and its amazing! Everything I have had has been amazing and the service was very great! Highly Recommended. P.S If your visiting make time to come more than once.

Two words. Dole....whip. Beyond dole whips, their menu is a little overwhelming. It may be why the service can be a little slow. They could probably eliminate about half the frozen ice choices and 1/4 of the ice cream. Still, its the best ice cream west of the white river.

I have been here multiple times since Paradise opened. They are almost always busy but I have experienced, polite staff, clean and pleasant atmosphere, and always my monies worth of product!! Its awesome you can visit often and continue to get something different each time. Most recently I had been ill and this not only tasted amazing but was the only thing I could tolerate for a few days. Shout out to Paradise Shaved Ice for making being sick a bit more bearable!

This place is amazing! The pineapple dole whips are so good and their icecream is great! I have been there a bunch of times and I would DEFINITLY recommend trying it!

The kids love the shaved ice and the parents love the hand dipped ice cream! There is something for everyone and the shaved ice really beats the gritty snow cones you get from that other place!

Cant believe that I havent been here before, great flavors, great service. Will be back alot this summer.

This place is great. The shaved ice soaks up the flavors. The flavors are so good too. The ice cream at the bottom is just icing on the cake. My banana split tasted better than a regular banana split. I had apple cobbler last time and it was great.The dole is vegan friendly.This place is LGBTQ friendly.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! My husband and I stopped in for the Dole Whip and Shaved Ice, it was amazing! Awesome flavors and great staff! I highly recommend the strawberry and pineapple swirl Dole Whip... addicted!

The food flavor combinations of shaved ice are scary accurate and good! Ive enjoyed both their blueberry cobbler and strawberry shortcake after 2 visits now. Yum!

Do not recommend this place! They have a horrible system of not using your name on your order so it’s a free for all as they bring our flavors. Also, the kids working the counter caters specially and specifically to their friends first and basically ignore the needs of the other customers.

Awesome shaved ice! As good as it gets, and endless flavor combinations make it a sure prospect for frequent visits.

The rolled ice cream is good but it takes 5-7 minutes for each order of it. Can’t enjoy your ice cream as a family, it’s more in shifts. They got our order wrong and it took over thirty minutes to finally get our last order. Very disappointing. Won’t be back.

They have good ice there unlike Kona ice and the largest size is a great deal.
