This place is the real deal. I made a substantial purchase on a lawn mower that I realized did not have enough power for my needs. The owner had given me a card when I was in there so I text him that I was worried about the piece I chose not being strong enough. He text back saying he would take care of me. I was excited to hear that, but was be cautiously optimistic. I received a call from my sales person, Luke, asking if he could come out and take a look at my property and see what I really needed! We met and he gave me some solutions. Not only did they come and get the piece of equipment that I no longer wanted, exchanged it for something that better suited my needs, but didn’t think twice about doing the right thing. My new mower is wonderful and exceeding all of my expectations! Their service is the best service of any lawnmower/equipment place that I have ever seen. I will be faithful customer of theirs from here on out. In fact, they will be earning my business on a new Polaris that before this exchange I was going to purchase from more of a big box store. Excellent service that should add a few more years to my Toro. They didnt have a part that I needed but was able to order and repair my mower in 3 days. The part cost much more on eBay and this was an oem replacement. Couldnt be happier.

Frustrated with our experience. We have had our mower there for 14 days for a simple repair. No one has called us to let us know what is going on. Seems way too long to wait when it is mowing season.

I live in Sheridan and have been charged extensively for service by the local JD dealer in the past, so I tried McGavic. My old 2004 Exmark kept leaking at some unknown location - McGavic could have charged me to replaced my hydro motors but only did what was needed, and was reasonably priced. I returned for additional service and was not charged at all for replacing some additional parts- I was charged for the parts only! They did the work very quickly. Good people - sometimes they are very busy or pre-occupied so dont be offended if you think you are being ignored - they work hard and honor their work!

Emailed for a quote from the website and never got a response. So, reached out to and went to Tuff Stuff in Middletown, IN, had a great experience and came home with a commercial mower.

I wasnt happy with this place at first. Took my mower in because it stopped running and I couldnt get it to start back up. After they worked on it and I got it home, it ran for maybe a minute. Emailed them through their website and never got a response. Took the mower back and they fixed it right at no additional charge. So, I wasnt happy with them for awhile, but they made it right in the end.

Turned in a piece of equipment 2 Weeks ago just to get an estimate on fixing it. Was told today it would be another 3 or 4 days till they would get to it. I was giving many different excuses on what was taking so long and everything. This was my first time using these guys and will be the last.
