Very easy and great experience with this company. They guided me through the process and called the insurance company whil I was on the phone. 15 minutes and a few days later my windshield was replaced at home.

The installers were respectful but I will never do business with this company again. I had several windows in my house that needed to be replaced. I was doing two windows at a time. The receptionist got the order wrong even though I spoke to her three times about the order. They were also supposed to be here on a Monday but they didn’t show up until Tuesday I got the impression these people did not want to tackle the tougher windows so they did what they wanted. You know the saying you get what you pay for. They lied about the price and they wanted to add three percent more for the use of the credit card although that was never discussed. I felt cheated and strongly urge you NOT to use this company.

Wonderful service, got us out of a real bind. The passenger side glass was shattered about an hour before the US border. Jose arranged for our glass to be repaired in Tucson where we were staying. We were met at our hotel shortly after we arrived and the new window was installed. We can not thank you enough Jose, the gentleman who installed the window, also called Joes did a first rate job, a real pleasure. Thank you for taking care of us with such short notice, we are go grateful. We can continue our trip home to Canada. Gwen and Brendan

They replaced my cracked large picture window in my home at a price that was 1/2 of other glass companies!! They came out to measure then ordered the window and installed it a week ahead of schedule. Excellent service!

This place is horrible. They were supposed to fix my trucks windows. One side broke, so I went into get it redone. As I was there they other one they fixed broke again. They were supposed to call me when the piece arrived and they didnt. And its been MONTHS. Too much hassle with this place. Total waste of money and time.

I recommend you never do business with this place, They are very unprofessional.My window had been shattered in the morning, I called them on a saturday, They said they would take the call and had a window for me and that used it would be $90 I had scheduled with them so that they could drop by and replace my window. After a long wait I had realized that they abandoned me, I had tried calling back but no one would answer. I had to drive all the way back to phoenix because I was only visiting Nogales, but since I couldnt find any business, I had no choice but to find one in PHX. Luckily I am glad that I did this because the same Window I would have gotten from Discount Auto Glass was only $60 in Phx. I am very dissapointed in the way Discount Auto Glass conducted Their business.
