Since I started coming to Alexs tires, mostly everything has been done to my liking. Unfortunately, they didnt fix my horn. The receptionist told me I had to schedule an appointment for that, which I found ridiculous being it could of been taken care of in no time.

Alex Tires never disappoints! They saved me and a friend from a lockout in Patagonia. As a Nogalense I was happy to see that our roadside coverage (AAA) selected a reliable local small business in Nogales to offer the service. In under an hour we were back on the road. I vouch for this business and the incredible owners. Thank you so much for making a common but regrettable human error so easy to correct.

Driver took the call late in the day, sent a helper to pick up my unit and store it safely for the night and delivered it promptly the following day..very professional and thoughtful service. Highly recommended!

They told me my front bumper was lose which was why my car was making a clacking noise. Not to mention I took it 3 times and they couldn’t find the reason as to why it was making the noise. They were the ones who had recently done work on the tires and the breaks. I took it to another mechanic and he told me a new part they placed was not tightened correctly leading to it breaking due to the lack of tightness. The mechanic proceeded to tell me my tire could have fallen out as I was driving. They have terrible service and Rene has a terrible attitude towards customers. Told my father I had too much attitude when all I wanted was my car to be fixed. Don’t go there. Over priced and not a good job done.

I got in touch with Renee to help me find some rear shocks for my Jeep TJ. I was worried that they would not be able to help me seeing as how I had gone to other shops in Tucson and they werent able to complete the work due to the shock having a bolt that was welded on because of time, rust and wear. The guys at Alex Tires were able to help me, get it done and I was very happy and satisfied, prices were very reasonable too! Ill be going back for the front shocks soon.

I didnt get any services here,but their staff was super friendly and ready to help youThe waiting room has complementary coffee, magazines and a TV.Big facilities and with enough services offered to fill most of my transportation needs, I will definitely be back.

My wife and I were returning from Mexico late on a Saturday. Idler arm and ball joint were shot and falling off! We first met Ricardo, a service advisor...he could see the stress in us and immediately put the car on the rack. We were 700 miles from home and were no where near being able to get home. Immediately Ricardo was joined by 2 other mechanics and quickly realized the issues with my car. The way the car was diagnosed so quickly was amazing! Due to the late time in the day, 1.5 hours prior to closing, they advised me that the parts alone would take a little time to get there. Sunday was the next day and they were closed, understandingly. Unfortunately we had to stay the night and Sunday also and hope the parts would get to Alexs Monday morning. They did....and Alexs crew placed our car at the top of the priority list....I met the Service Manager Jose Monday morning and he assured me the car would be ready asap. By 12:30...we were thanking the staff for their speed, efficiency and helpful demeanor!At the end of the day, this is my message for potential future customers.....They were incredibly patient in explaining the problems...fixed the problems quickly and efficiently (the car drove home better than it has in years, and continues to do so), and while knowing that my wife and I have been out of work for 11 months, and that finances were tight, they fixed what was needed and advised us further. They did not force or imply other work that had to be done. In fact, Alexs was able to reuse certain parts that were still of sound working order rather than over-bill us for new parts and labor. I want to thank all of Alexs staff for their helpful, supportive demeanor and obviously, a quick accurate diagnosis and quality repair! Thank you so much...you took a very stressful situation and made it O.K.! Thank you!!!

They let us drop our car off that we couldnt get to start when it died driving down the freeway and leave it for nearly a week before we could come back to pick it up. We picked up our car that was running and have driven it nearly 200 miles with no issues. They said all they did was charge the battery (which died when we had hazzard lights flashing while waiting for the tow truck) so they didnt charge us a penny!

First of all if you work at a tire shop you should be familiarized with your job, common sense.This Lady who answered the phone didnt know what she was talking about in regards of the size of my tires and they charge too much for just a tire rotation in comparison to BIG OTIRES in green valley az. I came to this shop with my friend,he was having car problems. Its worth mentioning that we had been to 4 other shops here in nogales and 1 in Tucson, Wich any of them could find the problem.We had to wait for a little bit before their mechanic got to our car( this place was super busy). Few minutes later the mechanic came and ask a couple questions about what the car was doing, he left. Just to come back 10 minutes later,He Found the problem and the car was fixed, a 3 dollar part, we got a complete and detail verbal report from the mechanic onto why that part had failed,.This guy is super professional and clearly know what hes doing.Alexs tire will be my go-to repair shop for now on.Thank you JOSE LUIS GUEVARA

We had tires installed on our Motorhome. After considerable research, Aleks Tire service was the best price for what we needed, and we were told that they would beat anyones price.When we stopped in to get a price quote they made a recommendation that made excellent sense.Upon installation the staff was extremely professional and courteous.We will be recommending Alexs service to all of our friends for future needs.

Alex came and got us when we were stranded in the middle of nowhere and needed a tow and allowed all 5 of us to ride back into town with him. They didn’t have the exact tire that we really wanted on the truck, so while he was bringing us back into town, someone else had to go find a tire for us. They not only put the tire on, but wouldn’t allow us to leave the shop without a spare. So they found a good used tire and wheel and made sure we had a spare before we left to continue our trip. Very professional, fair priced, and good people to work with.

Came out of work to go to lunch and had a flat tire. Called AAA – they said somebody would be out within an hour. Later I got an update said it would be about 35 minutes later. The young man arrived early, called me, changed out my tire quite rapidly, inflated the spare, and got me on the way in half an hour. He was professional, kind professional and timely

STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. TO THIS DAY MY CAR STILL MAKES NOISES. I STILL HAVE MY RECEIPT / PAPERWORK. BUT, WONT BE GOING BACK!!! WHEN I WENT BACK FOR SO CALLED WARRANTY THEY WERE RUDE!!! THE PROBLEM WAS AT THE REAR OF MY CAR AND THEY HAD MY HOOD OPENED UP. WHEN I ASKED WHY OPEN THE HOOD TO WORK ON THE REAR END THEY GOT MAD AND SAID TO COOL OFF THE ENGINE WHEN THE REAR OF THE CAR WAS THE PROBLEM!! NO NEED TO OPEN MY HOOD!!! VERY SUSPICIOUS, VERY VERY SUSPICIOUS BEWARE!!! IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR AND DAY RUINED!!! VERY SUSPICIOUS!!! I HAD TO STAY AND WATCH THEM CLOSELY TILL THE END!!! NEVER GOING BACK!!! MY CAR IS STILL FAULTY, DEFINITELY GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Excellent service. Rene worked really hard to get me a great price on new tires, alignment, brakes, rotors, oil change and warranty for a great price. The work took a little longer because my car need a little extra work but they didn’t finish until it was perfect. Definitely going back.

Its 3:48 pm and I was told they could not do my oil change. That it was late. I always get my tires and oil changed with them. They lost my business

Had an a bit of an emergency, traveling to Mexico and my generator quit working and needed maintenance. I thought they had it done the other day but apparently a place I went to in California missed it. With my four dogs and I it is imperative to be able to use it for air-conditioning in my travels. They got me in immediately and although they do not normally service such things they got it done! Thank you so much to all the staff there. Very kind and gracious!

I applied for a job there after I grafuated from UTI, great school by the way. I had the knoledge, the motivation and all my energy to start working in the field that I had studied. The only thing I needed was the experience, as I had never worked on the cars before. I was so happy, motivated, greatful and very excited for the oportunity Alex gave me to start with my experience..... About two weeks later, his master mechanic said I was no good because I had zero experience, slow and didnt work properly on my own. He then made the decision of firing me without hesitation. My dreams, were crushed, shattered, smashed into the ground and broken into thousands, maybe even millions of tiny little pieces. My wife was pregnant at the time with about 7 months of pregnacy, and we were both excited that my path to becoming a real mechanic would commince at the moment I got hired, and all that excitment was thrown in the garbage by Alex. I had never felt so awful in my life before. Honestly, Alex ruined my ego awfully bad, my wife was a couple months to give birth and I really needed that job. I really let my wife down, and that feeling is worse than anything ive felt before....A couple days later, my wife started having contractions months before her due date. My son was born premature and taken to Tucson at St. Josephs hospital for urgent care and special treatment at the Nicu. A couple days later after my son was born, and my wife got better, she and I went back to Nogales, while my son was still in St. Josephs Hospital to get my paychech from Alex Tires. It wasnt a lot of money I was going to get paid but I really needed the money due to circumstances my son was in. I went in asking for Alex, they told me were he was and I went to meet with him. Right as he saw me from a distance he started walking into his office and told me to wait outside for him. After about 15 minutes of waiting patiently, I asked a lady in the other office for Alex, and she went to his office. She walked out, and said that there was not going to be any payment for me to go home. Ofcourse those were the words of Alex, which he was too afraid of coming out and telling me personally. That made me very frustrated and angry inside. Calmly, I argued that his decision was wrong, and unethical. Poor lady was coming in and out of the office delivering Alexs and my own complaints. Alex DIDNT want to pay me, he REFUSED to do so, but I kept my calm and finally after having refused to many times to pay me I told the lady to tell Alex I would send him to court and sue him for having refused to pay me if he didnt give me my check. The lady went in, and when she came back out she had my check, and I was pleased to see the check. Once more, he hurt my ego even more for the act he commited of not paying one of his ex-employees, one that had his son was in the nicu in urgent care.I sure wish all this didnt happen, but believe me or not, this story really happened to me. He may treat his customers like royalty, but he treated me and abused me of my rights worse than I have ever thought possible. Until this day I cant look to this awful shop, it haunts me, and I would never go there for a service. Not even if it were the only shop in Nogales. I would much rather preffer to drive to Tucson with a flat tire, than to go to Alex Tires for a quick service.

Horrible service. Called twice and both times I was put on hold for a long time and then they hanged up the phone. Second time I called they could tell I was the same person and answered very rudely. Looks like this people dont want to work. Will never attempt to take my business there again. If I could give 0 stars I would. Very disappointed

These guys are wonderful. I was from Phoenix and had a flat once I got to Nogales. I had my spare tire put on to get to their shop. The were able to fix my flat and was nice enough to double check my spare before they put it back underneath the car. And to top it all off they only charged me for the patch. I had no problems with the tire after that and made it back to Phoenix safe and sound. I would highly recommend Alexs Tire Pros to everyone! Thanks guys you are the best!

Ive heard of expedited freight service but expedited tire service?!?! Not only were these guys fast but they were friendly, curtious and their price was lower than I would have ever expected.

I was treated with respect and the staff members were very informative and detailed regarding whats wrong with my car and the cost of the transaction. The cashier was very kind and helpful as well.

I had a really bad time trying to remove my breathalyzer, I scheduled an appointment at 8:00AM and I was told that the person who removes the device did not work that day. Long story short I had to make 3 trips on different days so this could be done, I have to mention that I live 30 minutes away from Alex Tires.

Came in with a bad tire and had it repaired quickly and cheaply! Honest work by honest people. I would recommend giving this place a shot!
