Best costumer service Ive seen in a while, Im new to bikes, so Im not really sure what Im doing regarding how to adjust brakes, gears and other things, he helped me out with any question I had with patience as well as fixing my bike in no time, highly recommended to go here for anything you need.

Worst customer service ever! This shop sold me a bike tube that was defective. When I went into the shop they as well informed me that it was a defective product. By which time they took my tire to replace it the next day the owner calls me and says we won’t replace your defective tire and to come pick it up!Seriously you guys need some HR training and if you sell a defective product you should have enough courtesy to replace the product that was sold that was defective!If you’re readying this as a review go to blocks up the street to green valley bike club!!! Way better customer service and nice people!Sahuarita bikes is by far the worst bike shop in green valley over priced bikes and products!

Brought in a bike for a tune-up after assembling it from a box and finding that specialized work was needed (wheels were out of round, etc.). The shop owner was very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. He provided great, prompt service, particularly after finding that a part (rear derailleur) was damaged during shipping and that the break lines were improper. I will definitely use this shop for my future needs.

I purchased a bike there several months ago. I’m an older person and hadn’t ridden a bike in years. I took it back after about 2 weeks of riding to have some adjustments made and everything was fine. Last week I had a major problem with the bike; I thought it was ruined. It took a week but the owner repaired it! He didn’t charge me anything! As he said to me “ I want you to be happy”. I am!

My husband and I rented 2 bikes for a month. We couldnt have been more pleased with the interest shown us to find the bike that worked for our needs, adjustments as needed and all at reasonable price.The Pure Fix was a stand out favourite. They really care!

Love it! The atmosphere is great. They have all sorts of weights, machines, and classes. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

So helpful and full of information. Didnt judge me like some area shops because I dont look like a cyclist. Theyre really about educating and encouraging the bicycling community! Glad I went in!

If I could give them less, I would. Called them because I needed new tires. Owner told me to bring the bike in and hed have the tires on in less than 15 minutes. I rode the bike there, but he didnt have the tires in stock! I looked at various types of tires, and he promised to order them the next day in the right size. I asked when he would expect them to come in. He said on Wednesday, and he would call me. Wednesday passed, then Thursday, then Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday. When I tried to call they were closed so I left a message, Where are my tires? He called me back on Monday evening and told me that he couldnt find an order, and that he had no memory of even talking with me!!! Since I had been in the shop over 30 minutes I tried to jolt his memory by mentioning several things we had talked about, but he simply did not remember AT ALL! He then said that if I came in again and picked out a tire he could order them. When I asked what guarantee I had that he would actually order them this time, since he had already told me that once and obviously had not ordered them. He got angry and said I was harassing him!!! Then he wished me a nice evening and hung up on me!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Great place for bicycles to be serviced. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Really appreciate their expertise.

The staff at Sahuarita Bikes did an excellent job fixing and cleaning up my road bike recently. Tom, Dave and Gem are very generous, knowledgeable and informative and they took meticulous care in finding the drivetrain problem I was having, repairing it, and then cleaning the entire bike thoroughly. After all this work was done at a reasonable price, I now have a new bike again!

I looked everywhere in town for a 26 Tube for my Mountain bike. I looked up Sahuarita Bikes on the web. I was very pleased with their service and small store feel. they have everything you need to keep you on the roads or trails. I will do all my cycling needs at Sahuarita Bikes from now on.
