Very bad place slow and no english they r not helpful and they dont know whats they doing!
First time delivering a load here. I’m driving a 53’ sleeper cab. This facility is rather busy & traffic can be hectic at times. There is heavy day cab traffic along with box trucks squeezing in between bigger trucks. If you are not sure on how to maneuver then take a moment to observe how other trucks maneuver. For example, the day cabs can easily turn around yet you will be royally screwed if you are a sleeper cab trying to turn around. For sleeper cabs there are 2 maneuvers you can do & both involve having to drive into the employee parking area. When first entering the facility there is a STOP sign. The immediate right turn is the employee parking area. You turn wide into this parking area. With tractor trailer straight you will then have to go in reverse adding jack knife & watching your passenger side. Second technique is driving past the STOP sign then BLINDSIDE back into the employee parking area. Then swing wide to your left so that you end up facing the entrance/exit and now you are positioned to back into a door on the drivers side. DO NOT BE SURPRISED if a box truck sneaks into your door while you are slowly maneuvering into your door. Other than that, just be patient and keep your cool. No yellow lines on the floor, btw.
Very bad place. No english, no respect, takes forever to unload. They don’t care about your hours and next load to pick up.Not going back at that place!!!
