Friendly guy recived my load and unloaded in 20 minutes even there was 3 trucks when I got there they unloaded me fast

It is absolutely the worst place the first time you come here! Very confusing! After you manage to find the right doors, things go very smoothly. They are polite, and helpful. There is a language barrier as there is with most warehouses down here. I never mind picking up here!

Waiting to get unloaded appointment time my company had wa 630 local time here but they dont open till 8 830 dont show up befor then or u will be sitting and wait

Place is the worst!!!Why do you have appointments if when you get there you still have to wait. Been waiting for almost three hours and their answer is that they have no room. Walked into the warehouse and no one acknowledges your around. I hate to say this but me being Mexican and being treated the way I am makes me understand why people call us BE...ER.Worst place in Nogales hands down.Brokers I don’t recommend you work with this warehouse. There are many other ones that are 100 times better. RUIZ, PRO TRANS, Etc.

All workers Mexicans and they take care of Mexican drivers first and really bad communication skill and work ethic . Took 4 hrs to load, never come back here again !

Terrible this place, they delay because they want to, it seems they play with the pallets, they bring them in front of the truck to count them, then they put two on you and leave and after a while they come back, Terrible
