So my husband and I stopped by in Nogales AZ at la grand Michoacána, I got off my car and I approached the door, and when I tried to open it the door was locked, so I automatically assumed the place was closed, when the owner comes out and says “how may I help you? “ (rude facial expression and tone) and I said “yeah I wanted to order something” (smiling)He said aggressively taps the wall and told me that was the menu out side and they have been taking only orders to your car for 2 yrs(he looked so upset)All I said was, I understand but I’m not from here, so I didn’t know. (Calm voice as I walk away)He yelled but I can still help youBest way to loose a customerSide note! I understand it’s hard times, I’m a business owner myself and I know respect and customer service is key!I have had an order mess up so many times and I never complaint because it happens. But I’m still chocked for my experience today
