Tire Choice Auto Service ReviewSummary: NOT RECOMMENDED, STAY AWAYReviewed Service for: Auto Care (Tune up) and 4-Wheel AlignmentThis is my first time at Tire Choice Auto Service Center, it was a HUGE mistake. I printed out an itemized Tune Up list (Image attached), mainly it calls for Oil & Filter change, rotating tires, and a few inspections. I went to their shop and asking for an estimate, was quoted $79.99, which was the same as the dealer’s. Was also quoted $124.99 for 4-Wheel Alignment, which was not the lowest among other places.Surprise #1: Invoice presented to me had a Charge of 166.49 for the tune up, I asked why it wasn’t $79.99 as quoted, they said the price quoted DOES NOT INCLUDE the oil change, even though I pointed out is was on the printed list, they would not honor it. This is the fifth vehicle I owned, I had never been to any auto shop for a tune up that does not include oil and filter change.Surprise #2: The invoice included Rotate 4 Wheels, but is wasn’t done, my left front wheel has a big scratch on the side which can be easily spotted, it was still at the left front. That led me wondering what else was not done.Surprise #3: When I drove off the shop, my steering wheel was pointed at the 11 o’clock position (Photo attached), I went right back to the shop asking for correction.The technician took my truck in, and was out in less than 10 minutes. When I drove off the shop, guess what, my steering wheel was STILL pointed at the 11 O’clock position.Surprise #4: Went back again, in and out in less than 20 minutes, and…..Still the same. I videoed it, showed to the technician, he drove off the lot and came back, this time, it was corrected. It was done somewhere else.Dishonest, UN-qualified service, I do not recommend their Auto Service and Wheel Alignment.

The one star reviewers must have been having an extremely bad day and decided to project their misfortune on the employees of Tire Choice. Jacob was a consummate and knowledgeable professional that guided me through the repair of a terribly corroded braking system on a recent used car purchase. The vehicle now operates flawlessly. Additionally, pricing on full-synthetic oil changes beat dealerships by at least 40%. Great job Tire Choice customer service and technicians!

Great guys there and I totally trust them with my vehicle. Super knowledgeable and prices are reasonable. I have had many services done on my car there including an oil change, front & rear brakes with lifetiime ceramic brake pads, new tires and a wheel allingement. I also had my front head lights cleaned by them. My Honda element is 10 years old so the plastic was pretty smokey looking and they came out looking brand new. I have been more than pleased with all of their work and I will continue to use them for all of my vehicle needs

They didnt have the balancer brand I knew to ask for (Hunter road force), but the guy told me they had equivalent stuff, explained that it was laser balancing equipment, and gave me the brand they did have.I had already been turned away from Americas tire because the mid-90s Mazda Miatas run best with a tire that is slightly stretched (so, a size too small), and thats how I wanted mine. The attendant at Tire Choice was happy to install the tires as I wanted them; there was no hassle about this issue.The price matched what Id been quoted at other places, they were done when he said theyd be done, service was kind, and their people wanted to carry my wheels and tires for me both ways. They also wiped down my rims: they were covered in brake dust when I dropped them off.So, Ill use them again, which I think will be soon, I have another set of rims coming in.

Everybody there is very friendly! And they are always trying to get you the best price possible. It’s a great place to go to for all your car needs.

Needed a tire rotation and a tire repaired due to large screen in it. They were very professional and did the non very fast. Would recommend this company. Will use them again.

I purchased two front tires online for an old tractor. I had no luck at two other tire shops. They wouldnt touch them because of the innertubes. Pulled into Tire Choice and Jacob said that would not be a problem. His team did an outstanding job and its nice to get good customer service. I can highly recommend this establishment.May 2020. Second time coming here and once again Tire Choice has saved the day. Pulled in with a tire issue and Jacob and his team resolved the problem promptly getting me back on the road. Great customer service.

The staff was amazing!!! Patient customer service!!! I did not know how to sift through the many great choices. David Argueta was excellent!! I been there many times trying to decide what I wanted. I am so happy with the final outcome. It has enhanced my truck and renewed it!! I would tell anyone to stop by and check your options here at Tire Choice, 1787 Hamner Ave., Norco,Ca. I’ve took my car to this tire shop twice. The first time I went in I got my car serviced but they forgot to reset the annoying notification on the dash. I went back in today to swap my tires and they made me wait 6 hours. Nothing was done to my car as I came back in besides a couple of scratches from when my car was lifted, I could’ve gotten a phone call earlier instead of waiting so long. SMH!

Jacob and team were awesome, definitely coming back here for my Tire, Brake, And Suspension.

I have a very serious case of car OCD so Im glad they torqued everything down with what looked like a snap on split beam torque wrench, and red dots were aligned to valve stem on all wheels. Not to mention install price was very reasonable for tires I brought in.

I have been there are couple times for oil change, we eat at Pollys restaurant next door while we wait. This time I saw them rotating my tires while the oil change was being done, I didnt know they did this and I was pleased.

Where do I start. First off I took my Chevy truck in for a leaky brake line. I thought they could put a new hose on and top off the fluid. But no they bamboozled me and said I needed a new caliper on the front disc and new rotors throughout. What i thought was going to be a $30 service turned out to be $975. I took the old rotors to the dealer and they said I still had at least 2-3 years left on them!! Wow they are not to be trusted. Dont trust that crook Cesar in the front either. STAY AWAY!!!!

The people here took care of my tire problem, did not send me away because it was 7:45 AM and they open at 8:00 like the guys down the street did. Fixed the tire and sent me on my way with a smile.

Great staff. I had to get my tires rotated and get a new alignment. The guys took care of me fast and they were professional. Its always nice when you can go into an automotive business and not have to worry about being taken advantage of because youre a woman. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Thank you Jamie and Vince for making my experience pleasant.

Went in for a tire balance, dropped it off and came back, wheel was done, new manager was nice and price was good. Ill be back.

Manager yelled at me when I already told him I went to chino Hills store and they told me they’ll call me to see if they CAN book an appointment with me. Come on. Today’s is not that busy at all. That was a deter me from contacting them. Manager somehow found it my fault and believed the store manager did all they could and I was lying. I spent 2 days trying to fix my car problem after they changed tires. Why would I waste my own time when i’m there waiting fir them to fix it time and time again? They heard video I recorded when the weird rubber squeaking sound happened and still said there’s no problem and deterred me to wait for the their call of “possible appointment” which never called.

Ceasar was great and they always give me good honest service.

On (7/9) I unfortunately had a blow out on the freeway, and barely made it in time to tire choice. With 5 minutes left to close - Vince, Daniel, and Jeremy really turned my bad day around and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you for all of your help!! Came into the shop needed my tire repaired. Was welcomed with friendly fast service. The store manager Jaime was able to get me in and out with a reasonable pricing compared to other big name companies with longer wait times. I will definitely be back for future car issues.

Been coming here for a year. Fantastic service! David is awesome, always helping me out. They’re always accommodating and helping me figure out what’s going on with my Camaro SS. They’ve always given me the best prices. It’s nice that the place is right next to a bakery, just in case I need to wait for my car. They do more than tires, they serve other stuff such as oil changes, inspections, etc. I love this place and I get everything done here.

We have been using these guys for years to do the maintenance on our vehicles and they have always been willing to work with our schedules and the prices have always been very reasonable.Customer service is top notch, friendly and willing to discuss pricing options to work with any budget. Was just here recently to service my Tacoma and not only did they promptly acknowledge me but David the manager was very honest and up front regarding my recommended services based by miles and safety concerns. I had the best experience. I had ran over a nail in my back tire and I went to two other places to have it looked at and fixed. They both told me it would take about two-three hours to fix it. I didn’t have the time to wait so I came over to Norco tires and it was an amazing experience. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and they were so friendly and professional. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Quick and excellent service every time. I come here for oil changes, tires, and other maintenance. Went in awhile back and noticed a new manager.. he was pretty friendly at first but seemed to lose his temper easily.. even heard him cussing over the phone while on the clock. pretty unprofessional.

Vincent went above and beyond !! Originally went in for an oil change and he noticed my tire was low so he checked it out and found a hole on it. I had no idea, I went to 3 other tire shops to figure out why my tire flattens quickly and no one knew. Vincent showed me where the hole was and helped me get a new one. for sure coming back to Vince !! Quick, great service

I had recently changed my brakes at another place but as I drove around I kept hearing a humming noise coming from them. I took it back twice to the same location and they couldn’t fix it. I took it here and not only did they have great customer service but were patient about driving the car around until they could hear the noise. They were able to fix my car in no time. I highly recommend!

Awesome service at a fair price.

Yesterday I came to shop and they were booked to service car but said we could make an appointment for the next day at 8 am said done. Showed up on morning of appointment no one here, called the phone number only to be told they are busy and will call you back, waited at shop for half and hour no one showed or phone call back.

I went in for a alignment on my truck the other day and i was in and out before i knew it, the car technician, Chis, was very cool and explained everything really well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

I live about 25 miles west of The Tire Choice, and I’ll make that drive every time. From the moment of arrival and first step in the door they are ready to take care of any problems or concerns that you may have. These guys are awesome. I got a flat while Im dressed in my work clothes and they were more than happy to get me back on the road at a very reasonable price.

I was able to stop by after work and David was able to assist me with rotating my tires for a very low cost and was in in out of there in less than 30 minutes! I would highly recommend!

This place is great! I was on a road trip up to Pismo Beach and had some tire problems, they fixed it right up for me and I was back on my way! Very helpful staff!

This is the second time I’ve come to Tire Choice in Norco. Awesome service. They fixed two of my flats and had me in and out quick. Definitely recommended. Will be back for tires when that time comes.

This place is a joke - and the way they treat loyal customers is patheticI bought new rims and tires just over 2 years ago - at a cost of $2,000I now need new tires not even 20,000 miles inand I was told by Edwin that there is no warranty and they will not pro rate the tires used toward the purchase of new tiresBut wait they will take off $20 per tire if I buy new ones from them - why would I do that?I will find a new place that takes care of loyal customers of 10 years

Tire Choice on Hamner ave Norco is the best!!!. The employees are polite and professional. I had 2 tires with slow leaks, multiple trips to the dealership and they could not find the issue. Stopped by and Vincent fit me right in. Problem resolved! I am going to be a return customer. Thank you Tire Choice.

I went in to purchase tires for my truck and David helped me out. He set me up with a couple of new tires at a price that fit my budget. I appreciate they were not pushy trying to get me to add on things that I did not need. Sometimes that can be an issue especially for women who usually are not familiar with this type of thing.

Fixed my tire after hours and after a bad experience at Americas tire down the street. When I buy new rims and tires in a couple years I will most likely buy them here. Thanks for not being crooks and trying to force me to buy a new tire when there is nothing wrong with my tire other then a little puncture 6 inches away from a prior patch.
