Ordered a glock 17 kit with a magazine. Shipping date kept getting pushed back. Reached out and got extremely rude service. Tried to cancel my order to take my hard earned money elsewhere,but was unable to do so. My order finally arrived with no magazine. Never doing business with these people again.
Got my order in. It was a wait but not f&fs fault. They are also waiting for suppliers to deliver. Theyve been great at communicating and helpful. Everyone needs to be more patient or go ahead and pay the exagerrated premium elsewhere to get yours sooner.
I purchased from Mr.Flores he is a fantastic guy! My purchase took time because of the damn pandemic!!! The quality was fantastic and I received what I ordered. His customer service was fantastic!! I always talked to Chris himself. I just wish he had stock in.
Customer service doesn’t matter here... horrible communication, told to come in on Tuesday just to drive 2 hrs to see a white lined paper sign saying closed.. I’ve bought 4 kits from them and some of there apperal.. do yourself a favor and Repeat customers don’t matter here 🙏🏾
I ordered something worth more than $400 dollars from this store in July 2020 and Ive been calling and emailing but no response. I really wonder if Ill ever get help.
Ordered on July 22 last year and was going to ask for a refund the beginning of March this year 21 after waiting for so long but instead received a shipping label notification from the post office. The staff have responded to my emails within a reasonable time being a day or two when asked about the hold up these prior months. Not sure what the hold up was but I do acknowledge purchasing my Glock 23 kit while placed on backorder. Received my kit March 5 after two day priority mail shipping. A co worker of mine has also purchased two kits which-took three months for him to receive sometime last summer. His kits as well as mine came out fully functional and ready to go as expected. Definitely can’t beat the price at 445.00. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, maybe it was the pandemic that caused things to slow down nonetheless it was worth the wait since I cant seem to get this 23 kit anywhere else. Appreciate f and f for the low prices abs great quality. Would purchase from them again if things were to speed up a bit.
I surprisingly received a product 5 months and 27 days after ordering. I actually ordered a different kit from a different website and promptly emailed FNF for a refund. I received the other websites kit in the mail before FNF even responded to my email. They didnt want to refund me so asked if I wanted a different kit, at this point I said ill just take the kit cause I didnt think Id get anything either way. Surprisingly they sent the other kit that they told me they would even though the website said they had nothing in stock. Overall, id say its worth paying double the price for a kit from somewhere else than ever subjecting yourself to dealing with this company. They do get 2 stars for sending a product though

Despite all the negative reviews, I am satisfied with my purchase. I got what I paid for. Sure it took them a freakin lifetime to send my order but that’s because it isn’t many of them there working on orders. They are so far behind on things it’s ridiculous. Let me say I am very impressed with F&F. I just had a conversation with Chris and his team for about 1 hour. The industry is very hard right now. Getting product in and getting orders out is the hardest it has ever been, Chris is a guy that is trying his best to keep customers happy. Unfortunately people that don’t understand the industry have a hard time understanding. If anyone remembers the GST9 fiasco F&F gave customers their money back plus $50. I haven’t heard any other company do that. ROCK ON F&F I’ll be placing more orders with you in the near future.

Brothers and sisters please do not give this fraud your money. After 22 weeks of waiting and endless emails I cancelled my order. Make sure you go through your credit card company and not the vendor to cancel. Google images doesn’t even show an actual store front for them. Deplorable business is a nice way of saving the expletives. Fraud is all I can say. Wish more then anything -5 stars was an option.
Website states waiting 21 days for orders to ship (due to current environment) completely understandable. Well I’ve waited double that time & still waiting. Horrible communication from this company. If you’re looking for a build I’d suggest you look else where. They’ll take your money in a heartbeat but won’t live up to their terms
I placed an order in July 19, 2020. It is October 24, 2020, and my order still has not updated passed “processing, on back order”. The site says by ordering with them you accept a 2-3 month backlog in fulfilling your order. Well, it’s been three months and they can’t even update my order status. I’m so frustrated at this point I may put in a complaint with the BBB.
VERY DISAPPOINTED, VERY DISRESPECTFUL, VERY RUDE, POOR BUSINESS PRACTICESI ordered more than $800 worth of stuff from them in July of 2020. They split my order to send me what they had. I communicated back and forth even changed my order so it would ship faster. Well fast forward to Feburary 2021(Thats 7 months for anyone who is counting) I finally asked what was an estimated ship date, because I grew tired of waiting, mind you I was very respectful and very polite through this whole process. Then all the sudden they somthing came available. So good deal, only thing is it was slightly different than what we agreed on but that is all that was avalible. But it could ship today so I said proceed and was thrilled that this lingering 415.00 worth of merchandise I was still owed was finally going to be shipped. Well then they proceed to tell me that I owed 60 more dollars because part of it was upgraded. So I proceeded to tell them that I wasnt paying anymore and that could ship what they had, which they offered to me, or refund me my money in a firm but polite way. Well thats when they proceed to say that they were not a charity and that just because I had to wait a few months that I didnt deserve anything. So they had my money for 7 months I did everything I could to accommodate them like changing my order then they say they have something to satisfy my order but Ive got to pay more truly disappointed. I proceeded to tell them that I was not a loan service that I want my refund for product that I played for. At this point they insulted me calling me foolish and that I had no understanding of how back orders work. So for anyone who had the misfortune of dealing with this company I am truly sorry this company is slack and a bully hopefully it will see the error of its ways and make right all customers that it has strung along and insulted.
14 weeks and order never shipped. never got an update or anything. Never buying anything from this company ever again. Just get it off of eBay or some where else. You have a better chance at getting your product from a shady eBay user than these people.
Order a kit about almost six months ago and still haven’t received my order . I was able to get in contact with someone threw email and have been updated on my status . They are trying there very best to fill orders .

I wanted to take the time to write a review after my experience. First Id like to say that I had read all the negative reviews people have left but I can not agree. Granted it took considerably longer for me to get my order than originally anticipated but the whole industry is backed up and there isnt a whole lot they can do. I stayed in touch with them regularly and they returned each and everyone of my emails letting me know they were still working on things. Further more because I understood that how delayed things were and wasnt ever argumentative or irrate with them they called me personally to see what they could do to get me what I needed. Again, yes it took a while but these guys are going as fast as they can and doing the absolute best with what they have to work with. I know it musty be hard maintaining a professional attitude dealing with so many impatient customers and my hat is off to you guys for really going the extra mile to help me. I will continue to to business with this company in the future.
Haven’t talk to anyone yet.i did order a kit and it’s been over two months now, and I haven’t even gotten a confirmation. There’s no way in hell that anyone would give this company anything more than one star, much less five stars. I’ve ordered parts from a different company week’s after I ordered from them and received it week’s ago. I’m going to try to get a hold one time and then I’m calling my bank and filling a complaint I’m going to give the three days to respond. I should have read the reviews first. Shame on me.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! Customer service is horrible and they charge 10% cancellation fee on your order. Why should we be penalized for anything? The website said a product was in stock and when calling after multiple times and finally speaking to someone, we were told it was on back order. So basically false advertising at its finest. We were told to wait and it would be shipped at the end of the month. Which we had already waited almost a month. After waiting till the end of that month that it was ordered we still waited another 2 weeks before just canceling the order and losing out on 10% of our money. I dont care if the prices are so great that is no excuse to false advertise, give us attitude when we call and then slap a fee to cancel. If I were you I wouldnt buy from these people. So think twice and dont fall into the horrible experience we had to deal with. And dont believe the ones saying that the bad reviews are fake, because majority rules with bad reviews over the good ones.
I also waited 6 months for my product and its very disappointing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Not only was it missing necessary parts, I received mixed parts for 4 different imcompatible models including the SLIDE. My patience was wasted! I can back anyones negative experience with this sham of a company. They are BLACKLISTED for a reason... I basically waited 6 months toreceive a paperweight...stay away!
Excellent customer service and excellent product better quality than I imagined see a lot of comments talking about the long wait on delivery what do you expect during a nationwide pandemic or ordering back ordered items on top of that can’t beat the prices product and customer service thanks again f&f look forward to buying more in the future!
Very disappointed with the way Mr Flores does business... told me to contact polymer 80 in regards to why he sent me a Completely different build kit then what I ordered... color and all. Wouldn’t recommend doing business here. Plenty of other options out there!

Wow do not order from this company how disappointing I spent over $1400 and ordered a few different Glock kits first off they sent me the wrong colors and took about 4 months for my order in the first place after I emailed them about 20’times they barely sent my order out I thought about canceling it so many times but they charge a fee if you decide to do that also they sent me the wrong molds for the kits complete disregard and horrible customer service“We only sent the black colored frame because that is the only color Polymer 80 is shipping to dealers at this time. We didnt want you waiting any longer over the color so we sent what we had. “This was their answer as to why they just completely disregard your order and ship out anything they have laying around just to say they completed your order do not order anything from this site you will be very unsatisfied in the end. I bought the G19 Threaded barrel kit on july 29 and at first I was a little worried but after speaking back and forth with Chris Flores (who is a really cool dude) and sending my proof of address I was assured that I will be receiving my order soon! Also you gotta understand with all the pandemic and everything happening in this day and age alot of people are buying guns and F&F is filling alot of orders the best they can so my advice is just be patient with them and you wont be let down. I look forward to building my G19 polymer 80 and I will be buying from F&F again in the future. Thanks Chris for putting up with my impatient a** and keep up the good work! Both provided exceptional customer service with fast and personal responses and as far as their products, second to none! I will for sure be doing all my future business with them! Order #98999] (June 13, 2020) todays date is November 17, 2020, this is a total of 156 days. Chris was originally very responsive, and I certainly understand the environment and climate we are in, these guys im sure are up against it. I have no issues with the backorder. I agreed to it. I agreed to 60-90 days lead time. Still nothing and we are on month 5. I have sent email after email after email with no reply the past week and a half and now im simply being ignored. I dont have an issue with a delay, but the emails are simply requesting a realistic timeline of shipment im starting to think it will be in 2021 and i may not even live at this address any longer. 5 months guys and then you ignore my emails? This doesnt seem like the way Id handle my business.It will be my absolute pleasure to remove this comment or update it for 5 stars when I receive an accurate timeline.
Ordered a P80 kit from this company in 2019-2020 and it’s about to be 2021 and haven’t received it still will not send to my new address trying to make me pay for a new label when I warning him that I was moving while they were back ordered he stills proceeded to ship to my old address and now will not send it back out to my new address it’s insane $480 down the drain don’t buy nothing from here please I’m warning you especially if you hate losing money..thanks

Wow, great service and a genuine care for each customer as these guys do their best to get everyones orders taken care of. Ive personally bought six build kits from F and F firearms and am super happy with their service and product. If anyone doing a negative review has tried to get these same kits from anyone else you would know how hard it is to get them. National backorders and the general state of politics right now has made their lives hell as well. I say F and F is just about the best company out there doing this business. Keep up the great work team. And let me add this note for anyone new. If you cant develop a good relationship with this company then you should avoid buying from here as well as trying to develop a relationship anywhere else or with anyone, because Chris F. And his team are the easiest people to deal with. As for me, im a customer for life or as long as Chris owns and runs this company.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Took a month and a half to get my order and when it arrived, it had an out of spec barrel. Long story short: they wont replace or refund the purchase so Im having to do a chargeback with my bank. Unless you love Chris Flores being rude and completely unprofessional to you about HIS ERROR, or spending countless hours just trying to get hundreds of dollars back, I would stay as far away from these scam artists as possible! I was called Bro and Child because they shipped parts to the wrong address and their delay of 2 to 4 days to respond to email wasnt working to fix the problem. They said its my problem not theirs. I ordered 3 kits two months ago they keep giving me the run around about it being on back order, when I placed my order everything was supposedly in stock seems like just a bunch of bs to me! They had no problem taking my money but they are not meeting their end of the deal I will be reporting them to the BBB and to other Agencies
So I made an order for a kit right in the middle of the pandemic and it’s on backorder, ok so is everybody else, I waited patiently and I’m glad I did. I was offered an upgraded slide for dirt cheap and they had me a tracking number in minutes. Over the course of my wait Chris always answered my emails about updates, I see lots of people leaving negative reviews because they had to wait but go anywhere else and you’ll still have to wait. F and F came through and I won’t hesitate to order from them again.

Horrible company to do business with. Just like the rest of the real reviews, they sell you a product that says in stock, but after you pay you find out thats not the case. After two months of calling and sending emails with zerrrrrrooooo response (so obviously customer service is non existent. And the FKs they give are zero) I had to hand it off to my bank to get my money back.Ill definitely be checking company reviews before I make a purchase of this type in the future. If I would have seen all these reviews and seeing how big a dumpster fire this company is I would have stayed far far away.

They give an time to ship that doesn’t look too bad and when months go by without hearing from them they charge you a restocking fee to cancel an order that they themselves never even had “in stock”. What exactly are you restocking if you never had it to sell? Now im out a restocking fee because i refuse to wait months when i was told 2 weeks. They also don’t answer their phones. Avoid this company.
Great price poor experience. Order took 6 weeks which was expected, but i upgrade my order for 50 bucks to get it shipped sooner. Get it and notice in the build kit the extractor plunger is bent. Call get an answer right away saying no problem sorry e will make it right... 3 days later I get an email asking for a photo of the bent part.. ok so I send it. They proceed to tell me they have no spare so I have to buy a new kit. What happened to the guy telling me it is good we will take care of it? Is a 10 dollar part, of which you sold me a defect question me on it and refuse to help. Now its been a week with no response. Shadey business practices and so not stand behind their word let alone their product.

Was on backorder a while waiting on slide, emailed them they said I could exchange slide for one they had in stock, received order a week later.
Got a hold of someone once i have faith they will pull through.
I had a great experience, and their prices are hard to beat.
I was a little hesitant about using them because of there reviews but I took a chance. And after the interactions Ive had with them so far. Id definitely recommend them over the other companies. Fast and ontop of things for sure. Ill be a repeat customer from here on.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I purchased a Glock 19 slide with RMR cut online because it stated that it was in stock on their website. After I made the purchase, I received my invoice stating the product I just ordered was on back order. I wanted to call to cancel my order since I found another place that actually had it in stock. I tried to call their customer service number, but received their voicemail stating they are not answering their phone due to the COVID 19 pandemic - which is understandable. I sent them an e-mail instead, as that was the communication method they are using.In my e-mail, I explained that I would like to cancel my order because when I ordered it – their website showed it was in stock, but turns out it wasn’t, and I found another place that did have it in stock. Two days after, I received an e-mail from Chris Flores stating that there would be a $25 cancellation fee with my order if I decided to proceed and told me to keep my order to avoid the fee.I’m very upset by the entire situation – I ordered this under the understanding from their advertisement online that it was in stock and ready to ship, but it wasn’t. I cancelled within 3 days (before anything even shipped obviously since it is on back order) and explained my reasoning. How are you going to charge your customers $25 to cancel their order for your false advertisement? I could understand charging me the $25 if the product was in stock and was being prepared for shipment, but that was not the case.As if that wasn’t enough of a problem with them stealing from me and false advertisement, their customer service was extremely rude over e-mail and VERY inconsiderate, short, no explanation, and/or any other options other than, “just keep your order and you won’t be charged a cancellation fee.”I highly recommend NOT to work with these thieves - they are unprofessional, rude, and stealing people’s money for THEIR mistakes.

Cannot reach these people. The phone number listed on the website seems to not be associated with the business. I have called multiple times regarding my order ($300) and have not been able to speak to anyone. I emailed them as well and no response. They shipped one of the items ordered, but it had missing pieces (missing the Trigger Housing Pin and Slide Lock Spring), but guess what, since I cannot reach them I cannot get this fixed! I am still waiting on any type of confirmation/shipping # on my other order. Definitely not worth the hassle to deal with this company. Taking my money elsewhere.
What a great, quick and easy experience with FandF not gonna lie was on the edge after reading some of these google reviews but if you head over to their Facebook page the reviews are a lot more creditable and also if you have any questions send them a quick message and Chris does a good job at trying to get back to everyone all in all processed and shipped in 4 business days beyond happy will be doing business with them again thanks again !
When I called about my order, someone answered right away and said that it can take two to three weeks befor shipping out. The item was listed in stock at the time and they said that they try to keep it as accurate as possible. Not sure how they track inventory and link it to the site. It has been over three weeks now and a nearly 48 hours since I sent an email inquiring about the status of my order, granted that they are probably busier than before. I will give them the benefit of the doubt, but I would appreciate a reply with an honest answer. Give them some time. I do hope to get an email reply by the beginning of the week. The item is available on backorder so I am assuming that either they ran out before filling my order or that they noticed that the orderes placed depleted the inventory and they changed it online and are currently working on filling it. Communication is key. I can deal with waiting as long as the communication is open and truthful. And no, I do not work for F&F. I live in Illinois thank you very little. Be safe everyone and wash your hands.
Ordered on March 21 2020. This company does not care about the customer. They hold your money hostage wont ship for weeks and wont let you cancel your order through the website. You have to call or email. Ive called 30 times no answer. So I guess they work in the store with orders when they want to. They also charge a 10% cancellation fee.

Do Not do business with f&f. I ordered a kit on April 15th it said 17 day shipping delay which i was ok with. On may 15th i contacted him and said it would be soon. well i ordered one from 80p on may 15th and it arrived on Sat before i got a refund taking 10%.from f&f. I never saw this especially for something he admits not having stock but continues to take peoples money for the products without a idea of when they will ship.
Ordered a complete glock kit. Took a few weeks to receive it but overall pleased with the product will order again soon!
Knowing my order would take a couples weeks to process. Key word process. I emailed them couple days later and received no update so the same day I emailed for a refund. The day I asked for a refund my order is processed out of the blue. Then hours later Chris Flores sends me an emailing saying “Done”. I’ve read terms and conditions and said a 10% cancellation will be charged if cancellation is done when item is shipped or after business hours. So magically out of all the orders that supposedly take weeks to process mine does so I can be charged 10% fee. YOU GUYS DONT EVEN HAVE AN EMAIL TO CONTACT YOU GUYS ONLINE. It just shows a gun image.
Terrible service. Been waiting 60 days for a instock product!!!!!! Finally get ahold of them(on social media because they dont want to look bad)and they tell me hey still dont have all the parts in for a basic kit. They list items as in stock when in reality they arnt. They just want the cash dont trust this company. Jsd or patriot tactical will take care of you
So when i first ordered that was the only time i had communication with f&f a month goes by then it was like they went ghost no updates no nothing product was in stock then had been backordered idk why, so just call your bank and have them reverse the purchase like ive done had a full refund no cancellation fee F&F, shouldn’t charge customers to cancel for something they dont have .... it has to be more then 30days
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!UPDATE-JUNE 4TH:today i received an email alert showing a full refund. Also got an auto receipt wmail stating the same. It hasnt been posted to my account, and hesitant waiting. Hoping this ordeal is resolved quickly and hopen for all others to have the same reault as me.Trust me contact ur bank asap and dispute charges. Now in my emails to chris i was nice, friendly but steern in what i wanted(refunded in full) always thought being nice, and courteous got you further even if you being screwd.UPDATE- JUNE 10TH:finally have a full refund posted to my account.UPDATE-JUNE 3RD: 1 MONTH WAIT...chris is replying to emails about every 5 days...ive askd multiple times about when ill get my item. Told not instock and going down the orders in order they were placed. Got that same response 3 times now. Last 2 emails i have said i would just like a my order canceled. Last response from them was..well there will be some fees taken if we cancel the order best u keep it. I said no i want a refund in full. Waiting for a reply..... (ive already filled with my bank for a reversal about 10 days ago) so ball is in f&f firearm(chris flores) courtORIGNAL ORDER PROBLEM- The items instock online but thats a lie...you will NEVER get what you paid for..either missing items or nothing at all! Try to email them, ull get an auto response, and never hear back. Try to call, go to answering machi e that says we wo t pick up the phone. This is 10000% scam. Worse business deals ive ever dealt with. Please before u order i hope you aee these review!
Man I ordered mine in September and still haven’t got it they don’t answer any of my emails I have to call them and I’ll will likely get through once every blue moon but to this day I still don’t have my product what type of is “/#? That
AVOID AT ALL COST !!! 4 months and still waiting for a g19 kit. Quick to take your money not quick to send product or respond.
I had place 4 orders since 3 mounths ago and still havent received my order i had been charged and everytime i have emailed they say its backed up due to covid-19 i would think they would email me toknow the status of my order be careful with placing order with this company

Ordered paid got email nothing since then today out of nowhere my credit card I just got and never used till I ordered from FandFfirearms. got used twice and declined someone from this store stole my card numbers and tried to used them today for a 200 gift card and then again for postmates ordee. straight up scam I tried to contact every way possible and no answer
They got the job done right even though they took 3 months but they ship it.The quality was exceptional but there backup on orders so expect delay because of pandemic.. overall 5stars 👍ill be buying from them
For right now they get a 3 star. I was snappy to find a 80 percent glock for nearly $400 flat! I found a G26 build that I had seemingly ordered until I noticed I placed a order for the g19. I tried calling multiple times to get my order item swapped and changed before they began to ship my kit. No success on the phone and I’ve called 15 time minimum. I talked to a fellow through email about getting my g19 swapped for the g26 since that is what I wanted. Someone on the email asked me for my order number and what color glock I want. I have them all the information needed and it had been 2 weeks and email back and I’ve asked multiple times was the order corrected to I can be at ease... today I got back in touch through email and a fellow named Chris said they aren’t answering the phones right now to focus on order quality. The more and more I wait on the glock and the harder it is to get in contact the more and more I think I’ve been scammed. I doit it tho I will update you all, my kit should be here in a week at max if they are on tim.
Excellent G34 kit at an excellent price, I shopped around a lot to find the best bang for my buck.
It has been 104 days since I have placed my order and have had no contact from the company. I was even in the area and knocked on their door and called with no response. Emails have gone unanswered and attempts to dispute the charges through my bank have failed. Hoping this would spark a response since nothing else seems to work. They dont seem to have any interest what so ever in customer service.
AWFUL so far.Going to have to do a chargeback, due to failure to ship kit.ZERO customer service.
Shipping takes forever but the product is quality and the price cant be beaten.
I ordered march 23 told me 14 days delivery weekends not included then he said 21 days until I get my order. so 21 days came Chris said shipping is taking time and still nothing so I said I can pick them up curb side he said no due to safety concerns. a few days later I asked again if I can pick them up and he said that they are on backorder like why would you give me delivery dates then and tell me that he has delayed shipping due to lots of orders? I told Chris I wanted a refund after a month of waiting he said he would have to charge me 10% for something he never had!! I contacted my bank and they reported him as fraud and got all my money back.
Quick to take your money but wont send your product. Been almost 6 weeks since I ordered and they said it would be atleast 2 weeks after that.
