SCAMS!!!!! These guys are so shady it is unbelievableI took a trailer in to have an estimate done on the floor. While left for evaluation they tore out a window and replaced all sorts of things on the trailer OTHER than working on the floor. They then billed me inappropriately, and after going round and round this guy never refunded my card even though he said he would. I am absolutely mortified over the unprofessionalism of this owner. DO NOT USE THEM! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Liars and CHEATS! They Should be reported for SCAMS

I definitely recommend this company got their check out a couple trailers made a deal on one they told us it would be a couple of hours they want to service it clean it which they did outstanding they went out of their way to take care of us I definitely recommend

Absolutely the worst business interaction I have ever had! I put my 4 horse trailer on consignment. I was assured it would be on main lot. It was impossible to reach anyone by phone. When I showed up in person to check on things I learned it had been sent to Santa Barbara. It took months and lots of help from friends to get it back. Who can run a business like that?!

In March 2019, Jason Tucker, owner of All American Trailer confirmed the sale of my 4 Star LQ trailer, which had been on consignment with him for 2 1/2 years. His agreed commission was to be $500. 6 months since the sale, no payoffs to lender and myself have been received. After countless phone conversations, text messages and a visit to the business with a witness, promises of wire transfers and payoffs, 2 demand letters from attorneys, payment has not been relinquished. Loan is still outstanding on the trailer and title has not been released. A DMV dealer complaint has been filed and legal counsel obtained.

Let’s start with the fact that this dealership is ridiculously overpriced, We found the identical trailer for $6000 less.We had them replace two broken windows on our trailer at a later date. They installed the wrong parts, So now our windows do not match.Unfortunately they are the closest authorized Logan dealership, I called them three different times and left messages in an attempt to purchase some parts. Not once did I receive a return phone call. If you are looking for reasonable pricing good service, keep looking.

I have been trying to purchase an LQ for going on three weeks now. Delivery and a price were decided on. I just needed to know how to pay and when I could get it delivered, the girls that answer the phone are more helpful than anyone. My phone calls are never returned from the owner or salesman. I guess business must me good!

I have never experienced such rude and arrogant behaviour from sales people. They gouged me on an acid wash for my LQ. They charged me $800, which I found out afterwards is usually done for well under $500. I should have shopped but my trailer was already in their yard. They do have a good selection of quality trailers thus the one star.

Went there looking for something in the Pre-Owned category. No Pressure and they showed me some nice trailers.

I took my Livingquarters there in May. It hadnt sold, so I picked it up in August. When I picked it up they had added a large bridle rack and blanket bar in the stud stall and a water tank where the hay goes in the hay pod, all without asking me, the owner, if I wanted them installed. I found a bar of soap in the shower and the generator had 50+ more hours on it than when I took it in. The refrigerator wasnt working. Turned out the thermal fuse had gone bad. I cant necessarily pin that on them, but one reason for that happing is when the refrigerator is run off of propane for an extended period of time. They also removed an under cabinet coffee maker I had installed.This is unbelievable! Beware! If you take your LQ there to sell, someone might live in it and they may make alterations you dont want!

All American Trailers is a family owned business. We bought a used KieferBuilt LQ trailer in as-is condition well below book. All American Trailers helped us recondition the trailer without breaking our bank. We found all of the folks there to be honest, helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go way out of their way to help out.We injured one of our horses in the desert and were in town while our horse was being treated at Chino Valley Equine Hospital. All American Trailers did everything in their power to accommodate our situation and get our new trailer road ready. They were heavily involved in two big horse trailer show events at the time, and yet they made time for us almost every day, working overtime and going above and beyond to get us ready to roll.We send out a big thanks to Mike, Jason and especially JT and his entire service crew for the excellent help we received and all the discounts and reasonable pricing for everything.
