Great products-if they send you the ones you ordered. Unacceptable customer service.I placed an order with Leonisa online in February 2021. 2 of the 3 items ordered were incorrect. I returned the incorrect items using the form online. Tracking info states return was received March 9. I contacted customer service about my return, because they had received it. I included everything for which they asked. I stated the items I returned and they tell me they don’t exist in those particular sizes and can I tell them what was returned? I sent them in the packaging in which they were sent to me!!!!!It is now mid-April and I have still not received the original items ordered or a refund. I love the fit and quality of Leonisa but I will not be ordering again if this is not resolved.

Leonisa, customer service has not been too helpful in getting my wifes pieces swapped out and getting them back to me, so since the warehouse is not far from me I went up there and the very nice lady helped me and was super nice about it. And I couldnt thank her enough.

The best place around for Fajas. Don’t shop at department stores... this is the best place for bras with ladies with back fat, bathing suits and all around shape wear. I bought over 5 things already. Columbia stores in Florida carry this brand and we have it in Georgia!! 🎉😀

Order my new Leo briefs from Leonisa USA nine days ago and they shipped the very same day all the way to my home in a Australia. They arrrive today. Awesome products. The quality of Leo men’s underwear is amazing. I will be ordering more next week. I’m impressed and I’m a very happy customer.

Ive been a customer for about ten years and have been very happy with the quality of their products and good service. Unfortunately, I got the wrong size panties, and tried to exchange for a bigger size. To my surprise they dont accept returns/exchanges, that is very understandable for hygiene reasons, but I wish that I could give them 5 stars but you have to be more clear and specific about your return/exchange policy. The lady in the front desk highlighted my receipt where they specify about their conditions and you can hardly read the note. Please let the customer know about it before you sell it!

Had to wait for help when they weren’t busy and to make things worse she gave me the wrong contour shaper so I had to drive bk to the store she didn’t apologize and didn’t refund me bk the $4.50 difference they lucky I was in a rush and didn’t have the time to go bk and get my money. There are some very racist Spanish ppl in norcross and they don’t even try to hide it.

The quality of the garments are better than Spanx or Victorias Secret.
