The staff isnt friendly nor knowledgeable where the items are. Visit Pharmacy as well, and sone of the staff is like the others worker. Not attentive. Also the store in a whole needs to clean, clean up. Never seem such lazy generation. No work ethic at all. Retrain and train the ones that come in.

It was clean in this particular Walmart. I had not been to one in a while. Of course, I was again shocked to see how many people go to a public place with fuzzy house shoes on, but then I remembered..this is Walmart. lol After walking the whole length of the store, I must admit I was in aw of all the merchandize they have in this store. I found some great deals and decided to go to the automotive department to find a tire inflator. One very kind employee, Jamie, went out of his way to help me find what I needed. This is the kind of employee that restores your faith in humanity. He did not stop until he found the exact item I needed. I thanked him and told him to please never change. lol I self checked out very easily and am happy to report that the $16 air inflator worked great. Also, I should mention that there is a little carnival for the kids just outside this walmart. Very cute.

Staff stocking items are very rude. I was in an aisle looking at items, a lady pulls up a load of stock and just stood there and stared me down until I moved out of the way. I did not see her or hear her until that point. I was pushing my cart and another guy rolling down the wrong way with his stocking cart stopped and stared me down again. I did not see him until I got to the cart and he was using the wrong lane. Both times I apologized to be polite and the staff just ignored me and felt entitled and annoyed I was a customer shopping mid day on a Saturday morning.

Its Walmart, this store is better stocked than some recently. Its always clean if not well organized and theres good customer relations. 👍🏻

Today at this particular Walmart location I spent $25.85. I instantly used up a $25 Get Upside Walmart e-gift card and was about to use the remainder of a Walmart e-gift card by Panel App when the nice lady behind me at the register kindly covered the last 85 cents I owed. Not only did I not spend any of my own money whether cash credit or debit cards, I earned $26+ combined in cash back from Ibotta and Checkout51. I only needed to complete 3 offers to get 10 from Thursday to the end of this coming Sunday to qualify for a $5 Weekend Warrior bonus but I completed 7 to get the 75 cents Level 1 Teamwork bonus then graduate to earning for the $1 Level 2 Teamwork bonus and now I only need to complete 15 or 16 offers for the 35 or 36 I need from the beginning of the year to the end of next Sunday for the $10 Fresh Start bonus. Also with Checkout51 I earned $2 apiece for an Atkins Diet snack box and shake 4-pack and earned joint cash back with Ibotta for one box of Belvita breakfast biscuits and 2 boxes of Good Thins

For me it was a convenient store on my way, store is good lots of shelf check out counters, which makes easy and fast, swing in and out quiet possible, I had always been there for couple of things and whenever I am there I got the stuff staff where good. Overall good experience.

You can not ever get a manager. They have not had the keys to the ammo cages for months and every time we go there we have to wait 45 minutes just to find out they can’t get us anything from the ammo cage. Their own employees say that the managers are terrible.

The logistics in this place needs actual management...they never have cashiers ...but plenty of employees walking about...they shut down self check out at 8pm and the long lines ensues...they may need real management or someone with client service and express in mind to help them. They lose a lot of money by people walking out due to the long self check out lines.Honestly, Ive left 3 times...its absolute foolery.

Was checked upon checkout at the store as if I was a common thief. After finding nothing I s still asked to be searched and nothing was found. Have never been so humiliated in my life. I agreed because I had nothing to hide. And to prove to these people they need to realize that just because I dress the way I do didnt mean Im a thief. They arent cops and they have no power and I will never return to a Walmart again. Oh and the store itself had hardly anything on the shelves.

I like this location. Its clean. The shopping carts are nice. Its always nicely stocked and not crowded. I can always find what I need here.

Wal-Mart in state of Georgia was not too crowded. The associates are helpful as well friendly! Found a comfortable 14 height inflatable mattress for $31.00 includes electric pump. I slept really comfortable on the floor!

Had an illegitimate charge from my walmart account. I had to hold for the pickup area for a little bit of time hut the representative was friendly and very helpful in clearing up the order. It was cancelled and refunded immediately and I changed my login information asap. Thank you

I used this Walmart for my grocery ordering and pickup. The person who helped me was very friendly and personable. He represented Walmart very well, and he brought out unexpected bagged treats for my daughter and I from Walmart to say thank you for using their service. As it turned out, a friend asked me to pick up some things for her while we were there, so we ended up going inside as well. They had everything she needed, the store was clean and well-organized, and there was no wait at the self-checkout. All in all, a great experience.

I usually really like this place. Today I needed to get some passport pictures printed. I waited at the kiosk for 15 minutes, and then I called the store help desk. They said they would bring someone over. I waited an additional 20 minutes, and then tried to talk with customer service. Right before giving up, I went back to photo center one last time to find two people there who tried to say that I needed to do it online (which I had already done). They looked in the system to find 30+ backlogged orders, and then over 45 minutes into waiting the intercom asked for staff to come to the photo center. To be continued.

This is my local Wal-Mart. Over the past few months, the store is understocked, the quality of the food has went down while prices are increasing. Im having to go to multiple stores now to complete my shopping list when this location used to be a one stop shop for me. I will drive a bit further to another location for my food shopping. Each time I go there I am dissatisfied.

The worst for not having actual cashiers to ring you up. I dont work there and dont want to ring up a cart full of groceries on my day off. If we have to do the work then charge less and less because I have a job and dont need another.

Lines move fast. I dont think I ever had a problem with here been shopping here for some time now. Even through the pandemic they stay pretty well stocked. Empolyees always very helpful and informative.

I Purchased a booster car seat for my daughter useing the Walmart web site. Before even making the purchase i checked to see if that had any in stock and if so at what location. Walmarts web site said the the Walmart super center Located off of Jimmy Carter in Norcross GA store#3067 had 2 in stock. So I been purchased the booster car seat with confidence knowing that their system is accurate and up-to-date, and u would be able to go up to that store and just pick it up. Arriving at the store I went to the customer service desk and was told that I could not pick it up to day because their system did not show that it was in store. I have to wait until tomorrow. I want to wear car seats were sold and there it was. I went bank to customer service with the car seat in hand and simply asked is there a way i could just take the one in hand. Again as a customer i was told No in a condescending way. I guess me being in the military my voice can travel And its a little hard for me to hear someone that talks very low. I was told by their manager Name tag said Q, who was helping a customer to the left of me with no mask properly covering his face giving Covid to God knows who, Because he assumed I was being belligerent and I rate which I wasnt I never used a cuss word simply talking to the attendant who at the time was helping me had no problem with the tone of my voice. I would definitely like someone at Walmart to reach out and get in contact with me about their system and about their manager and attendant not properly helping me with the problem.

Decent selection, but not as well stocked as others. Clean ... for a Walmart. Not a single self checkout takes cash, and thats 99% of whats open, so if you dont want an extremely long wait use a card.

They make you walk through a crowded self serve cash register area to exit so you can catch Covid.

Walmart has a smattering of almost everything. An employee was helpful in locating an item I couldnt find. My biggest grip is the check-outs! Today there were two cashier attended lines open, but their lines where like 4 deep! The self checkouts are awesome if I only have a few items, but are a problem when I have a shopping cart full. Im really bummed when I have a cart FULL, and ONLY the self check-out is open. I cant say how many times I promised myself I would not show at Walmart again. But I always go back. Low prices are a plus, as well as store being close to me.

Wish all Walmarts were back open later.

Every time I come here,the shelves always look like people has bought everything out. On top of that theres no one, that is willing to help you because they are rushing to get home. Then as you check out you have someone over your shoulder when your at self-checkout like if youre going to steal something. Trust and believe I know the difference between being helpful and when youre thinking that Im trying to get away with something. Especially when there are other people machine that are going off, because they need assistance with something or their machine is messing up. Which your main focus its me. But I still gave them a 3 star rating because, the store was still clean in the employees still were there mask. So at least theyre still doing their part to make sure they dont help spread the virus.

Ok, not my favorite Walmart. It wouldnt be so bad, but the building is in disrepair, and nothing in the store was stocked or cared for. I have 3 or 4 super Walmarts near me. I wont be going back to this one.

This is the worst store. I’ve ever been to,whenever i go there they never have carts inside. And the good thing was that I talked to manager about this stuff. Manager said me we don’t have cart pusher. So you have to go outside in the parking lot and get the cart by yourself. I would happily give negative stars if they have the options.

Great customer service. One of the greeters noticed I needed a riding cart and brought one to me before I even asked for one. She was using a cane herself. Then after I checked out another young lady helped me put my things in my trunk. I really appreciated both of them.

I had to return some cartons of cigarettes I had purchased.I got the incorrect ones, as I dont smoke and these were for my friends. The two employees at the Customer Service counter casually said, You cannot return cigarettes. I figured it was one of those sale-is-final kinda item. I sat in my car and looked up the Return policy for Walmart. It clearly states that cigarettes and tobacco products can be returned with a receipt and unopened. I had receipts and no packs were opened as they were not the right ones my friends smoked. Went back in. Same two employees were still there. They called a manager to get this return processed as their policy states. Refund done. Guess, next time, Ill just ask for a manager...the counter employees are clueless and have very little understanding of what good customer service is like. They just clock in, clock out, nothing more, nothing less.

They have the Ninja Chef which not every store has so this was a plus! I make smoothies on a daily basis and this blender has been compared to the Vitamix just without the hefty price tag!!

Thus Walmart has a tone on diversity of shoppers and customers. We have come to nickname this Walmart location the International Walmart for its shoppers. Very busy on Easter Sunday, with lots of spring merchandise.

Walmarts electronic areas cashier had given me the entirely wrong information pertaining to my cellular device receiving the proper card setup in which I had to spend my last $15 that I had to my name and throughout this entire nights hours I will be having to sleep outside because I do not have anymore funding to my name,but by the Grace of God that He has immediately allowed me to manage a way to receive employment through a staffing temp agency that really worked with me in regards to my slowed communication from having to use two different numbers. This is the 2nd time that Walmarts customer service has made me waste my much needed funding for at least a place to sleep with enough sufficient rest... Im really needing my money back but thats against their policy..
