Ice cream tastes fresh with a variety of options to choose from.

On Sunday’s the store gets very full and there’s not much parking space but lately the lines have been moving a lot faster. Customer service is getting better, everyone seemed with a great attitude and happy faces and the place looked very well maintained! I definitely recommend they have lot’s of variety of delicious sweets!

Very disappointed in how low the quality of the items they sell here has gotten. Ordered some nachos and they were all stale and literally tasted like windex. It was disgusting.

This place is amazing! It offers many desserts and snacks that as a member of the Mexican community I really enjoy. Im personally a big fan of the Piña Colada flavored este and the guava ice cream but everything on the menu is delicious here.

I got here at 8:30pm. Your hours clearly state that you close at 9pm. Why did I just have someone slam the door in my face? I watched you let someone else in literally seconds before I walked up to the door. The girl didnt even bother telling me a reason as to why but rather waved me off. I would understand if you maybe were out or whatever but just being plain dismissive after I just watched you let someone else in. Thats super disappointing since Ive been coming here and really enjoyed coming here.

Flavors were bussin but didn’t get exactly what I wanted when I went with my family and mfs only gave me ONE scoop when I asked for two flavors And service was pretty bad and had two continue repeating myself to two people and still didn’t get exactly what I wanted 😒🤕

Over charged me for shakes that I didnt ordered. Besides the teenagers are like lost in the orders. Not coming again.

Really BAD experience with customer service here, the fruit water is the Best But the staff and the service is awful!! All teenagers, I understand we all have to have opportunities to work but it seems like they hate their job, they have the worst attitude. This guy working with a ponytail was so rude I asked for more hot sauce in my chips and he looked at me with an attitude and just walked away. I told the cashier and she didn’t even apologized or nothing. I told her how rude he was with me and I felt ignored. I’m not asking them for anything free I’M PAYING for my treats. They were so rude and I had a really bad experience that I didn’t even enjoy my treats that I PAID for. It seem like they get angry every time you ask them a question. They don’t say hi, thank you or bye nothing! I brought so many ppl from work here but I can also share my experience and I’m sure they will stop coming too. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Worse service ever!!! All teenagers with a rude and awful attitude they allowed more then 8 people without mask and their staff with mask under the chin acting like COVID ain’t here only cashier with mask awful service specially that entire shopping center nobody seems to care about others people life or they own that’s everyone walks in an out of the stores without requiring mask

Great Ice cream, they have a big selection of flavors . Just one thing. They need a better music play list. something more modern .sometimes people need to go out for a quick bite and relax so We the customers need good music .

This place used to be really good back in the days..Service used to be good & professional.Now the service is HORRIBLE it seems that the requirements in order to work there is to have the worst attitude, be rude & practically hate your job in order to give the most awful experience.Such a shame cuz their treats are good but its not worth the bad experience.They hired only like teenagers with not a care for their job or customers are all.I decided to give this place a chance today 03/09/2020 & ask my husband to stop by a get me (agua de frutas) well like the previous visits it was a big disappointment... the person was so rude & told him that they couldnt sell it to him cuz they had already closed & they still got a bunch of people inside.They told him that they close at 7:30 even though their advertising hours are till 8:00.They definitely need NEW management or NEW employees.

The smell of ice-cream is what you get when you walk in. I ordered nachos and cheese, a large drink called water its a mix of fruits, water, milk and other ingredients.... It is so delicious, this is now my favorite drink. Try it they have tester cups.

Great Ice cream, recipe base in natural fruits, they also offer dorilocos a Doritos with fruit and pig skin,lemon juice,hot sauce everything combined in the chips bag,very interesting taste! Busy on weekends but frequently attended.

This was like my second time here and I had made a simple question, in Spanish to this young lady there if she had watermelon and this other girl that was next to her said no duh . I felt offended and told her if she was talking to me because i understood what she said. And she replied oh sorry .. because of this i will never be going here again. They also took long with my order because they were too busy socializing. The girls here need to be trained on how to be more respectful!

This place has very tasty ice cream and snacks, but the wait can be very long. Usually very understaffed and so it can take awhile to get thru. Also very limited parking.

Delicious snack foods not available elsewhere. Me and the gf try to go here a few times a week for the elotes and ice cream. I stick out like the jolly white giant, especially during peak hours, but the staff are super friendly.

Definitely a unique experience for a white person ;). Fun to try something different, but I wasnt crazy about it. The ice cream is watery and over sweet, which I think is by design, but Im not a fan.

I LOVE this place. My favorite items are the agua de horchata, chamoyada de mango, fresas con crema and their banana split. It does get super busy in warm weather so expect to wait in a line. But once you place your order they try to get it done as fast as possible. Ive tried various items and so far I LOVE them. I do think some items are a little overpriced but for the quality its worth it.

Staff is a bunch of high school girls who take all the time in the world for a few ice cream treats. Lines are way too long, Ice cream isnt even that good. Nachos and other non-ice cream items are priced too high. I only go for the pina colada and its always takes me so long to get out of there.

Delicius home made ice creams, well served esquites I cant write down all the menu but everything taste so good ohhh and my favorite chamoyadas I dare you to try one if you havent I like it with mango ice cream, chamoy sauce, migelito and mango pieces. Okay, so lets start I ordered the pistachio flavor which is always delicious and today looked at it to realize the pistachios were grounded instead of whole, this really affects the taste and to me thats irritating as before it wasnt like this and as well with the coffee flavor, it usually had pecans, now nothing. Overall though, customer service was good.

So disappointed in the customer service!! Ive been here before and the workers were so kind and helpful. I went to go get some ice cream and told one of the workers what I wanted she completely ignored me and proceed to catch an attitude and said so are yall gonna order anything or what I was so angry because I just TOLD her what I wanted. She then began to talk about me to one of her co-workers in front of my face!! Also she kept making these faces of annoyance. The food is great but yall need to teach your workers about customer service because giving your customers attitudes is so rude not to mention talking about them while they are standing right in FRONT of you!! She also didnt even make my ice cream they way I wanted it so disappointed.

Forget all other ice cream shops youve ever known and this one will redefine excellence for you! !They have a huge assortment of flavors, both milk based and water based where they pile up your cup bowl or cones with a heaping scoop full deliciousness. If neither if those are your thing, they also have a variety if popsicles (varied between milk/water based) And cute minature ones for teacup humans.My favorite is the water based lemon-lime flavor and the pineapple.This place also has a lot of street food snacks to choose from like tostilocos which is a doritos bag piled high with toppings. And popular favorite is the chamoyado; usually pineapple flavored raspado topped with sweet tamarind sauce,tajin and cayenne for some spice.The prices are beyond reasonable.Drawback : The place is tiny, theres maybe a total of 10 tables and theres always a crowd.Parking is a nightmare because its located in a small side street shopping area with restaurants and butchers shops next to it.

Tonight 08/01/21, I went with my husband and a friend, my husband entered and queued to order, a few minutes later, I entered with my friend and the girls asked us to leave and they did not sell us even though my husband was there. still in the queue waiting for his turn, it was very unpleasant because it was not yet 9 pm and after speaking wonders to my friend about her ice creams we left very disappointed and sorry, her ice creams are excellent but the staff is very rude

I went to the norcross location for some esquite and the boy who was working there told me that there was no mayonnaise and there is a butcher shop next door. Then we ordered some nachos and the nachos were as stiff as my grandmothers feet. But it doesnt end here, I ordered a chamoyada and it didnt have a mango. I do not recommend this place because the true quality of the food is not good. He never came back again.
