Great experience however I tried to reach him before he went out of business because there was an issue with a repair they did. Now I have to drive around or pay out of pocket to fix it.. I do not think that is fair. I left several messages I felt I should had at least received a phone call saying he was going out of business. I was thinking he would have checked his messages before disconnecting his phone. I was very disappointed.
3 pros and 2 cons from my experiencePro-1.Quick turn around2.handled all the insurance paperwork so that relieves a lot of stress3.Car looks like a totally different car then when I drive it in (in a good way not bad way)Con-1. did notice after a day When I was checking my tire due to a noise from a rock I was missing some of the mounting hardware (screw/bolt) that will be hopefully easy to find at the dealership or online.2.Paint is rough on 2 of the edgesLeaving the 4 stars just due to the missing hardware that I wish wasn’t overlooked because now I need to track some down and it looks a bit tacky seeing the plastic inside fender flapping around

My car looks brand new. I am completely satisfied. If there is any problem that arises, I know Brian will take care of it. I will have to return for an emblem they have on order. I think they are honest and will stand by their work.
