I would love to give them five stars because either love their bagels, but when you post hours be there. Dont lock the doors an hour before a listed time and take you schedule off the door. Disappointed in the Norfolk store.

If you like baggels, muffins,coffee, soup and sandwiches this is a good place. fresh food. and friendly service. little pricy but worth it.

This used to be a good place. Now, you have to wait forever to get service and you get doughy bagels.

The doors were locked before 12:30pm today! With no hours even posted! Several employees inside. Called and no one answers phone.

Good food and service however they have irregular and infrequent hours. They decided to not open the last couple sunday mornings which have always been busy times for them.

Love the employees and the bagels are great!
