Every time I come here its always positive energy. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. This is my go to store, reasonable price and great customer service.

Overcharged and was rude on phone the whole time rushing me as if I was wasting her time like I wouldn’t have came if no money ballon bouquet was not even worth no 70.00 but had to get it regular dollar ballon’s for my sons birthday and a helium number ballon if I had balloon machine could have did myself I don’t see the big hype maybe for the costumes or maybe if I was someone else I would have got better customer service if you know what I mean I’m in the wrong business

I am so impressed and very THANKFUL for Liz with her quick action and fantastic results. She came through with the perfect solution in a VERY SHORT (within 4 hours) notice and didnt break my bank. I will definitely contact her again - now I know who to go to for special events. Thank you so much for being there Liz.

The store was very organized and clean. The owner was absolutely nice and helpful. There was a wide variety of items to look at. It was wonderful !

I came in today to pick up balloons and a crown for my sons upcoming birthday. Liz couldnt have been more helpful. Not only did she make a beautiful balloon bouquet that hes going to love on his big day, but she also took the time to help me with a kit I have at home. I will definitely come back!

And can get costumes year round, specialty customer made personalized items/gifts, theatrical makeup, face paint, balloons, carnival games and prizes, and variety of wigs! Love it!

Novelties Unlimited did 2 balloon columns and 2 balloon bouquets for us with not much notice. We were thrilled with the product and the service Betty provided. Highly recommend!
