She took her time with me and was very informative.When I went to check out Sarah helped me and was also nice but Sarah did not inform me about the no return and no refund policy until I had already paid. Overall the experience was great though. I will leave a new review when my shipment comes in.

My husband & I were shopping for new rocker/recliners (2) to replace what we lost in our house fire. Alisha Clausen was very helpful in getting us information on the chairs they carried. We fell in love with a Lazboy and Alisha told us it was on sale for 20% more than the sale price. Loved the chair, the fabric was perfect and style was wonderful. Most comfortable chair I have ever owned! With fall back from Covid issues, she explained that we will not get these until June, but checked twice with her resources and reassured us that was the timeframe. Very appreciative of the helpfulness and honesty. Good shopping experience!

I have been waiting sense October of 2021 for a refrigerator. I had to pay for it when I order it. Needless to say my patience is running out.

We purchased a sofa from Rod seven years ago. It was time for an update. Arrived just before closing on memorial day. Rod was busy with another customer but Tina helped us find our next reclining sofa that has a couple nice features to it, including the fold down console & a storage drawer. Rod remembered us as a previous customer and took a couple minutes to talk to us & offered us a great deal. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend this facility!

I placed my order online. A day after an employee at the Norfolk, NE. Slumberland called and told me when to expect my order. While we talked she ask me if I needed pillow protectors or covers for my items. I couldnt find these in the website. This employee went out of her way and was extremely helpful and polite, AAA!

The guy that helped me was very nice and at the time we were there, the store seemed to be understaffed, so he was very busy, running back and forth between people helping them and he remembered everything we were talking about. He did an awesome job and I was impressed with how he was handling everything. The rest of the staff was very polite and nice as well. They made everything go as smooth as possible.

I have bought a lot of furniture in my lifetime and have NEVER had an experience like this. The staff was beyond rude, full of every excuse in the book. The salesman actually just walked away from us today when we were trying to figure out replacements for the stuff that never came in. He was argumentative and rude. When my husband went to get our money back he walked away from him again. This was to be our third large purchase here but we won’t go back.

Beautiful, super large store. Slumberland combined with Mid City and they have furniture and appliances and home decor. Everything you would need to make your home your castle. The prices are a bit high for my lifestyle, but the QUALITY is what youre going to pay for there.

I needed a new bed and given the criteria i gave Rodney at the Norfolk location. He showed me a great deal on a great bed. I had a very good experience at Slumberland. He was nice and didn’t try to stick me with there most expensive item.

Friendly salesman, got what I needed at a competitive price. I have not received the furniture yet, as it will be delivered at a later date.

Tina at Slumberland in Norfolk, NE was awesome! She let us wander and try out chairs, she was there to answer our questions without being pushy and introduced us to the power recliner. My husband and I had been to many furniture stores and felt the most comfortable in Slumberland. We bought a power rocking reclining loveseat from them after struggling to find the right recliner. It will be great for our family.

I went to Slumberland Furniture with my 9year old daughter to look for and purchase a new reclining sofa. With the help, patience and knowledge from Tina Werner (Sales Associate/Design Consultant) and the other Associates available I finally chose a perfect sofa for me! To be honest, I was there for a few hours looking at, sitting on, asking questions and researching several reclining sofas I was interested in that was also in my budget. Tina was great! Answered all my questions and was very patient with me.Not only did I buy a perfect new Beautiful Family Gamer Sofa I also purchased a new beautiful bedroom furniture set for my daughter. The price was terrific and they offered delivery and set up! I was elated!They (Tina and the finance manager) stayed late after the store closed to finish my paperwork and set up delivery. Bought our bed on sept 5 2020 still haven’t been able to receive it. OVER A MONTH!! Every time we call down to get an update, we get the run around. The “sales lady” we went through won’t get on the phone with us, will only email!! Says she is with customers... did she happen to forget that we are customers also!? only difference is... we already paid! We are very upset! It’s October 7th and the sales lady is still doing a wonderful job of ignoring us! We moved into our new house, been sleeping on a couch since, a new bed would be nice to go with. If it would ever show up!

I found a couch I really like at a good price...Tina was great, very knowledgeable about everything we looked at and very pleasant. I didnt like how long I had to wait for the other gal to finish up the sale with the papers I had to sign...I was there about a half hour longer than I should have been. Hoping the couch that is delivered is as comfortable as the one in the store.

Asked about a military discount, based on the reaction you wouldve thought I asked for a kidney. I felt bad for the salesperson as the owner chewed him out for giving me a small discount.

We ordered new living room furniture and paid for it in full 9-5-2020 with the thought we would have it for thanksgiving. But have been told wont have until the end of December. So I wouldnt recommend this company if you are in a hurry.

Havent received my furniture yet, but had to share what a great experience it was to buy it. I immediately saw a set I wanted when I walked in, but wasnt sure about the price. Tina showed me some other sets that were great and helped me think of different combinations in my price range. I left empty handed but texted Tina later and we made a great deal. Went down to sign up for financing and everyone was so nice, courteous and helpful.

Well my initial visit was good didnt hassle me the while time i was browsing that was nice. But when i was told id get it in three weeks and i could get it once i was ready they would call me every single day to come get it. I understand you got to get stuff out if wear house but dont tell me to come get it at my convenience then hassle me to pick it up.

We have been Slumberland customers for both Yankton and Norfolk stores for years! The sales team is finominal! They are not pushy and super helpful with every thing from initial purchase, financing, accessories, and even warrenty. After today, all 3 kids have a Slumberland bed as well as our master bedroom mattress and all of our family room furniture was purchased there too! Thank you so much for all of your help today Lisa!

We ordered a washer and dryer with water hookups, stacking kit, dryer plug, a table, 4 chairs, and a bench. We waited 3 weeks for delivery, and when it finally was delivered the table, chairs, and bench were not with it. We were told they would delivery the table in 2 more days. The delivery guy asked my husband if he really wanted it stacked (mind you we already paid for the stacking kit), because the cord they sent wouldnt be long enough if it was stacked. After telling him we would like them stacked, he then informed my husband that he did not have the water lines on his order, so he would come back, AFTER his shift (so all unpaid), to bring a longer cord and the water lines. I was called by some manager to let me know the delivery guy was on his way, unpaid, to fix their screw up; all while being told that this isnt a normal thing to forget items because if it were they wouldnt be in business for 47 years. When the delivery guy arrived and apologized, I let him know that I understood it wasnt his fault and he has nothing to apologize for. After about an hour of trying to get our washer and dryer hooked up, he informed me that the cord they gave him was faulty, and that the steam hose for the washer was not with the washing machine! He assured me he would come the next day to fix all of it. Again, all off the clock! I let him know it wasnt necessary, and that it could just be handled when the table was delivered in a couple more days. What kind of company makes their workers work off the clock to fix a mistake they made? The only good experience I had was with the delivery guy. He was more than apologetic, and did all he could to make sure he could make sure our experience was ok. We will NEVER do business with this company again, and hope they get their stuff together soon. I wish I could give them 0 stars!

I have a chair and a half that I purchased there 5 years ago. I wanted to upgrade to a chair and a half recliner. I called all over Norfolk and no one had them except Slummerland. Tina not only told me what they had but texted me pictures. The next day I went in to see and sit in them. You have to try before you buy! Tina was the first person i saw. She took me right over to them. I was super impressed. I would definitely recommend this store!!
