This company low ball ppl on pay. If you are a welder or a shipfitter go somewhere else. Another thing ppl that do work here dont last no more than a year. They have a high turn over rate

They keep taking benefits from us each year, no COL raises, no real raises, lost sick leave, lost Christmas bonus even though it was only $25.00 gift card to Wal Mart. Moral is at an all time low..
