Got my septum piercing done here by Dak and overall a fantastic experience. Both employees there were knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I will definitely be going back for any other piercings I want done. Only complaint would be that online it says the base price for septum is $45 but its actually $55.

Seriously I will never go anywhere else for a piercing. I’m devout to Finders Keepers. Dak pierced my conch a few months ago, and my tragus this week. Both were painless and are healing well. The selection of jewelry is great and hypoallergenic. Staff knows what they’re doing & are very professional. I highly recommend and will be back soon!

My little 5 year-old enjoyed the process of getting her ears pierced (outside of the piercing itself). She was able to pick out her earrings and Jordan walked her through the whole process. He was absolutely amazing with her and was extremely patient, especially when she didn’t want to do the second hole. But, she came around and was a happy little camper despite the 2 minutes of water works. I definitely recommend as the place was clean and the equipment was completely sterilized. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you Jordan for making this a memorable experience for my little one.

A few days ago I went to get my belly button pierced. Malcolm and Amanda were there and Jordan was the piercer. Can I just say how amazing they all were? I ended up nearly passing out afterwards and they all were so understanding and helpful I could not be any more appreciative. The station was clean, sanitized, and they were all very professional and super friendly! I would definitely go back there. Got my second lobe piercing done today. The staff was really kind and knowledgeable about piercing care. I was really nervous but my piercer had a very calm demeanor and was very gentle and quick! The staff was experienced and professional and the store had a great selection of jewelry to choose from. I will definitely be coming back whenever I want another piercing done!

Went to get my 5 year olds ears pierced and Jordan (the general manager) was absolutely amazing. We were in and out in under 20 minutes. He was awesome with my 5 year old. This place is fantastic! I highly recommend it. I took my four year old here today to get her ears pierced. We are from out of state and are vacationing. I read several shop reviews of local parlors and felt most comfortable with this one. We made an appointment online. We were very nervous before going in, but everything went smooth. The shop is clean and welcoming. The receptionist was super friendly and outgoing so we immediately felt comfortable. We were signed in quickly. Jordan was our piercer. He was very pleasant, calm, and patient with us. The visit was quick, but thorough. We were also able to get my sisters nose pierced without an appointment which again it was a smooth process. We are very pleased with the service we received and will be returning in the future!!

Finders Keepers was AMAZING! We went in to get my daughters ears pierced for her sixth birthday, and from start to finish they were great with her and went out of their way to make her feel comfortable, from letting her hug Leslie the Llama to help her feel brave, to putting on some Frozen music.We were seen on time and out in no time at all. Id recommend making an appointment. Their website is great and made that super easy to do, even same day.Jordan and Malcolm were just so amazing the entire time. I am so happy I went with Finders Keepers. They truly deserve the five stars. Thank you so much for making a scary experience for my daughter something fun and comfortable.

Just got my 4 year old daughters ears pierced for the first time and we couldnt have had a better piercing experience! Tyler and Dak were super patient and professional. Very clean, explained the process, got my daughters permission for EACH step, and timed the piercing perfectly so both ears were pierced at the same time. Highly recommend this shop for kids. If you’re looking to get your little ones ears pierced this is the place! I took both my girls here and Ms. Charlene is amazing with the kids! My 6 year old daughter got her ears pierced here a week later after her sister. While her sister had her ears pierced in one shot with Ms. Charlene and a assistant for my 6 year old only one piercer was available. I was in Mama bear mode and ready to leave because she is autistic and very sensitive so I didn’t want to put her through it twice. But she said she wants to do it and the piercer was very sweet and professionell and my little one did great! Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but if you’re looking for a place to get your little ones ears pierced this is it for sure!

I went today and had the Daith jewelry replaced and got the right side Tragus done as well. Chantel was wonderful, explaining everything as we went along. She was super professional, patient and kind!!! I will get the left side done once the right side is healed.

I had an absolutely amazing experience here. Jordan and his apprentice were so very helpful towards an AWFUL experience I had at another shop who totally butchered my ears. Jordan was gentle and very informative. He changed out all of my low quality and incorrect jewelry for pieces that fit better to increase my chances of viability. They were also able to get me squared away with some retainers for an MRI as well. I will never go anywhere else while in Virginia. The staff is always so warm and welcoming, and they use excellent quality jewelry. By far, this has probably been the best experience I’ve had in the body modification community. You always show support and are willing to educate us when we ask questions. Thank you for taking the time to help me and listening to my concerns as well.

Great shop! Dak did some piercings for a friend and I yesterday, and Im very pleased. Great energy by him and the guy at the desk. Dak makes sure to keep you updated step by step what hes doing, so if you need that, hes definitely a good choice! I met the manager Jordan to get my ears sized up several months ago as well, and he does a fantastic job running these shops!

Consistently great experience with Dak and Jordan, so much so I drive from Richmond just for them despite the options in Richmond, and places Ive been pierced at before. Dak creates beautifully colored titanium pieces and has excellent bedside manner, very gentle handed piercing style and ensures 100 percent satisfaction. Jordan was patient as I asked about different styles of jewlery and what would suit my face best once learning they didnt have long enough threadless bars for the initial swelling, so we came up with a great alternative. Jordan pierced me very well too with minimal discomfort much less than I anticipated.

It was my first time coming to this shop and both Bat & Jordan were very kind and informative. Jordan was my piercer for my conch, and I didn’t realize that he was gonna put the needle in real fast, which I was impressed at how to the point he was. 🤣 10/10 would recommend him and coming here as they make sure everyone is safe, comfortable, and definitely know what they’re doing.

I brought my teenager (13) in for a nose piercing. Over the phone I was told exactly what documents needed to bring for her as a minor. All of our paperwork was checked when we got there. That I could get my kid pierced in a clean & professional shop was huge. Shed been wanting it done and few shops locally will do it. The staff was friendly, the area was very clean, good aftercare directions were given, and my kid left pierced and happy.

After searching through multiple body jewelry shops I was able to set up an appointment for next day. The process was a breeze. My piercer Chantel walked me through the entire process and I even got to pick my own jewelry. Bat was super helpful and helped checking me in and out!

TL;DR: Definite 5 stars. Very professional, very clean, and the guy that did my lobe was some nerd who had a Shenron tattoo and a couple other weeb tats. Great guy, great taste in anime, knew what he was doing and I hardly felt a thing. Managed to fix a piercing that was messed up three times. Its healed up beautifully about three months later.I waited about 5-6 months before posting a review.The reason I waited to post a review: this is the 4th time I pierced this same hole (left lobe). A friend did both ears the first time but the left hole never quite healed right. I let it heal over and waited a while before going to VB Ink; over the span of a couple years i had them pierce it TWICE and it never healed right, no matter what I did. It was also hella crooked the second time.I went to FK by recommendation of a classmate and had it done a 4th time. I barely felt a pinch and their selection of titanium (I think almost all of their stuff is titanium, no cheap non-hypoallergenic metals) is pretty solid. Theyll anodize it for you in store and let you choose your color(s).So, 5 months after getting the piercing, its healed up so perfectly. Dude even managed to pierce through/cut out a majority of the scar tissue from the last 3 botched jobs. In a month Ill be able to start stretching. 10/10 experience, great staff, worth the money.

This place isn’t even worth one star!! First I called and they said my piercing would be $35 but it ended up being $60! The piercer was unprofessional and very rude. My piercing was crooked and fell out the next day. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I’ve made two appointments for ear work at Finders Keepers and each time I’ve been completely blown away by the experience. My piercer was Chantel and when you meet her she makes you feel like you’ve been friends forever. I felt so comfortable with her! I also love that both times she has been honest about what will work best for me. She always guides me in the right direction and considers safety and healing while also giving great advice on aesthetics.The shop is very, very clean and cute inside. The other employee that I’ve spoken with (seems like he’s an apprentice or assistant?) was very kind and professional. The first time I came to the shop he really made me feel at home while Chantel was prepping for my piercings. The customer service at Finders Keepers is truly excellent and if they both didn’t seem so passionate about piercing I’d honestly love to recruit them to the insurance company I work for.
