I don’t know where to begin with this review. I had a really amazing experience with LoveBride and found my dream dress!! Chan made everything so special and easy. She ordered dresses from a designer I loved for me to try on and the level of customer service is unmatched. The set up of the boutique is beautiful and intimate and they take one client at a time so all attention is on you. The gown selection is better than most shops twice it’s size because they source unique designers and styles. A lot of shops you go to seem like they have the same style on repeat but LoveBride has a great variety. I would absolutely recommend booking an appointment!

I booked an appointment with Love Bride Boutique this weekend and it was such an amazing experience. Chan was accommodating and so tentative. Prior to my appointment I sent her a few dress styles that I liked and upon arrival to my appointment she had already pre-selected about 7 dresses based on my email, which made the appointment a lot less overwhelming. Her boutique was extremely clean and the perfect size for my my sisters, mother, and mother-in-love. My sister-in-law lives out of state, so Chan helped us maneuver our iPad with each try-on to ensure she was able to feel like she was apart of the experience although she attended virtually. I attended my future sister-in-law’s dress fitting and the experience was amazing! Shan made it feel so intimate and feel like we were royalty. Her dress selections are jaw dropping! I knew when we walked in this was going to be a one stop shop for my future sister-in-law.The boutique is beautiful. My experience with Love Bride Boutique was awesome! During these stressful times Shan the owner was so flexible. Due to COVID and the size of the shop, the number of guests you can bring is limited. She understood that I couldnt bring myself to choose between my maid of honor and matron of honor attending my appointment and came up with an alternative. She allowed me to have my cake and eat it too, without compromising safety protocols. I asked if I could bring champagne and when I arrived she had it sitting on ice. This is something I wasnt expecting her to provide. The best part is the private shopping experience! I felt like a VIP! The dress selections were amazing! The cherry on the cake was the level of customer of service I received from the time I booked my appointment in August to picking up my dress in April. Dont hesitate! Go ahead and make your appointment, you wont be disappointed!

From the moment we got there until I made a purchase, the hospitality, professionalism, and attentiveness was superb! The owner is so sweet and personable and what really sealed the deal for me was the selection of dresses that she had picked out for me. Love Bride Boutique is a gorgeous and quaint shop in Norfolk and just what I was looking for. Their website boasts of “gorgeous gowns only” and that couldn’t be truer! Every gown I tried on was a contender! Chan was extremely patient and very knowledgeable which helped me (as an indecisive bride) to choose the perfect dress. 10/10 would recommend to all brides! In addition the process was very easy and during the pandemic Chan was very attentive to sanitizing and keeping us safe while allowing my guests in the shop during my private appointment.

I am so glad the original bridal boutique I went to recommended me to her. From the very first phone call she was very pleasant and inquisitive about how I imagined myself in my wedding dress. We had driven all the way from the DMV area, so we had had a long day and I really didn’t want to waste time trying on dresses I knew I wouldn’t like. Once we arrived she had several dresses a.ready picked out in my size to try on. I tried on about five I believe but I fell in love with the first pick. She was such a blessing to me.
