No problem with this store i got my phone fixed fast i have 0 issues 5 star service

I have been here 3 or 4 times in order to unlock my phone. They take the money but didn’t solve the problems. I lost the trust for them. Bad experience.

Ive bought phones & have also had phones serviced here, very straight-forward, quick service. They also have reasonable pricing. I have no problem recommending others to go there.

Great customer service. Came in with a phone that was locked I knew it would take a lot to get fixed I was patient with the technician and he got the job done! You get what you pay for and I paid for an near impossible job but Virtuous Cellular came through when no one else could

Horrible service they hustle you and make your phone work for just a little bit so you have to go back. Hope this saves some people some money

My brother, a great guy, got my phone working in less than in a hour!!! Great service for a low price. The only cell phone repair in the area that could help me.

Got 2 iPhone11 unlocked here not bad will be coming back highly recommend if you wanna save on phone bill.

If I could give this place a negative I would, literally the only reason I gave them a 1 is because I had to. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM...I REPEAT THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE OR MONEY! I dropped my phone off because the speakers werent working on my iPhone and it kept restarting. It was a hassle to get pricing but I was desperate! I dropped my phone off and was quoted an hour but they only accepted cash upfront so when I came back from the atm he said it wouldnt be ready until the following day and someone would give me a call in the morning with a time to pick it up. Fast forward to the next day morning has come and gone by mid afternoon I called and the technician was extremely nasty and rude saying that my battery was fried and they ordered a new one, but wouldnt be there until the following week. Mind you there is nothing wrong with my battery it holds charge. At this point Im still going with it because again im desperate. I keep asking for a price but they refuse to give me one. Th day the parts were to arrive and still no word on my phone. Some how my phone ended up in Williamsburg!!!! I had to wait all day and night to even get my phone back. When the technician finally answered he was rude and said we were the only people pressing him. He told us to meet him at the store at 9pm and we did but he never showed up. The following day he calls and said my phone was in a mailbox outside of the store and I can pick it up. He gave me half the money I paid back because he couldnt stop the phone from restarting but assured me the speaker worked. THE SPEAKER STILL DOESNT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!! After all this hassle my phone is still not working and now im short $50. THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

This was by far the most unprofessional cell phone place I’ve ever been to. I paid them my money for nothing then I had to chase the dude down for my phone back. That he did absolutely nothing to. Held on to it for 3 wks after they told me 7 days was the max. These other reviews are fake they hve to be! Once u see inside the location u will know why. Look else where! I wish I wouldve!!!!!!

Very unprofessional and they tell you one price and when time to get your phone they give you a high jacked up price if it wasnt such a low amount I would sue them!!! This place needs to BE SHUT DOWN ASAP!! SCAM ARTIST

I walked into the store with my fiance and the super pro black woman gave me dirty looks bc Im guessing Im a white woman with a black man she never once addressed me and I was the one trying to purchase a phone I was so uncomfortable I took my business else where my fiance noticed the same thing so I know I wasnt being crazyIts not smart to ostracize a whole customer base I will tell everybody I know and Im from Norfolk not to ever shop here I only give this place 1 star bc Im reguired too
