Went to register for our wedding and I was so impressed. Kayla Jackson helped us and she was beyond stellar. She took her time through each section and got to know our personal style and needs. She helped us create a registry that I cannot wait to show to people. Not just gravy boats and cheese boards. A functional registry that will provide us with everything for our life

I love this place. The selection is fantastic, and the equipment is top-grade. You pay more, sure, but they carry higher-grade lines than many big box stores, so the price difference actually does matter. On top of that, the staff is very knowledgeable about the products and cooking in general.

If you like to cook, this is a great place to go to get nice kitchen tools. It is pricy, but they have things your not going to be able to get elsewhere. Its a very fancy store, with the nicest of the nice items for cooking and making drinks.

Its a great place to shop. However, every thing in the entire store is 30% off. This store is closing. However the new store in Towne Center in Virginia Beach will continue to meet all of your shopping needs.

Great store with an incredibly personable and knowledgeable staff. I go here for any of my cooking needs that I expect to last. They back up their products and honor their commitment to the customer. I recently had a WS Thermo clad pan starting to lose its non stick coating after a couple years of heavy use ( It was a go to pan). It was heavily used and it showed and I was merely looking for an exact replacement and willing to pay for it, they replaced it free of charge. Yes they are absolutely pricey but you get your money’s worth. You can buy cheap tools over and over or you can buy great tools once.

I came in and chose several items for my kitchen just before moving into my new house. The girl working was super helpful and put everything on hold for me until the next day. I came back with my husband to pick up, and switch a couple of the items, but this time there were two older women working. They followed us through the whole store, interrupting my discussion with my husband and basically acting like we were shoplifters. I literally had to whisper to my husband so the sales woman wouldn’t listen to our conversation and put her two cents in. We were so irritated by them we just bought some of the items at Dillard’s. It wasn’t the service you should receive when spending 2,000 dollars on your kitchen. They were very condescending, rude and ridiculously agressive.

The girl was very very helpful. What I wanted was a little more than I wanted to spend. How about some c ok upons or extreme sales?I love this store...but a bit pricey.

My wife and I usually shop at the hilltop location and have a wonderful experience. Tonight however we went to the Norfolk location. We walked in looking for a specific gift for my father in law and planned on spending money buying something. My wife found what she was looking for and grabbed it off the shelf. I had wondered off to see what other things they had. While I was looking an employee came around the corner and asked if I needed any help. I said no thank you and continued looking. I noticed a pot that looked similar to something we walked in looking for and picked it up to look for a price tag. As soon as I touched it another employee came darting around the corner and said that’s a 3 piece set do you need help with anything? This was literally 5 seconds after the first gentleman asked if I need any assistance. I said no again and put the pot down to go and find my wife. We had made our way around the store and moved back towards the front of the store were there was a three piece set in a box that my wife wanted to look at. The set was not on display and so my wife pulled the pieces out of the box to look and see if they would work. We are still carrying the cast iron pot she found when we walked in. We decided the 3 piece set was to small and I noticed another piece on the bottom shelf. As soon as I picked it up the same woman from the second round of questioning came around the corner and asked again do you need any help and went to take the cast iron pot out of my wife’s hands. I stepped in front of her and again said no. She then said well we sell from the back, you tell us what you want and we go and get it. We said ok we understand and she walked away. I kind of feel as though we were profiled and treated like thieves. My wife was wearing jeans and an Abercrombie Hoodie. I was wearing 5.11 tactical pants and a tee shirt with a Carhart jacket. I know we were not dressed up but it was Christmas Eve and we ran out for a last minute gift. I am extremely disappointed with the way we were treated and I will not recommend this location to anyone I know. I am a retail store manager so I see a lot of people every day. I am sure they would appreciate an honest review of how people are treated at your business
