The prices were higher, however it was in stock (canning jars). The checkout person was busy watching the other checkout person instead of checkout area. I do like Bomgaars.

Bomgaars is an excellent business. I wasnt there to purchase anything, I was supervising a student that was helping do odd jobs and I was asked by every single employee if I could be helped or was looking for something particular. I am a colored man and I say that because of the state of things in America. At no time did I feel I was being helped for any reason other than genuinely being helped. I had a conversation with an employee named Christy and she told me anytime I come in the store and cant find something, to ask for her and she would personally help me, I couldnt ask for any better service. It was Awesome!

I dont usually like to do a bad review on a business but today was just a terrible experience for me at Bomgaars. What mostly surprised me is the fact that I was actually treated horribly and with such disrespect by the store manager. Just plain rude and humiliating. Worst customer service ever! So disappointed! Cannot say the same about the other gentleman working with him or the two guys at the cashier. They were very helpful and courteous. They even apologized for my bad experience. I truly hope they dont follow his steps to customer service and terrible leadership skills.

Not much for being able to find help unless you walk clear up front and they know very little. You have to basically find an adult in the back somewhere. I love bomgaars just need to have someone doing customer service.

Great shopping experience. Any tools or animal products you need, can probably be found here. Great variety of grilling items too. Their candy section is a little lacking, though.

Had decent black Friday sales but some items were not correct at checkout according to advertisement.

Plenty of employees around to stock and check, my only issue is not one even asked if I needed assistance. Cashiers were quick to greet which was appreciated. Well stocked and not too crowded.

I always find great deals at Bomgaars. Its so easy to shop for both gals and guys at Christmas because they have a little bit of everything for everybody. I love going through the boot department because they have all the right brands.

Bomgaars is truly a mans dream store.They have a huge selection of clothes,shoes/ boots,winter clothing.The Norfolk store has to be one of the best stores in their proximity.I will have to admit that since theyve rearranged their store,I dont know where anything is,but honestly,if they dont have it,you dont need it! It really is quite a store.

Seems like they have really expanded in some of their departments. Still a lot of good quality stuff and quite the variety.

If i could give zero stars i would. I was in the store Tuesday. The male cashier acted like he had no idea what was going on. He then proceeded to call the main manager “chris” and then got a call on the phone and said that “chris” was too busy. Then sends up an “assistant” that was not able to answer any questions. If you go into this store make sure you dont care about customer service as even the manager wont give you any.

What you need, when you need it. Theyll have anything you need except groceries. Id live here honestly. Way better than some Chinese junk youd buy at Walmart!

I had a small order. Went to check out, and only one lane was open. Three of us waited to go through the line. The customer checking out had a large order. Three employees were chatting in the lane next to us. Meanwhile the customer with the large order was taking a while. I asked one of the other employees if there was another lane to use. Talking continued. Excuse me? Can we check out over here? Employee roles eyes, grabs his scan gun, says nothing. Waits for us to figure out if that is a yes answer or not. Othere two employees continue talking. No customer interaction at all. Original cashier lady is now really busy.
