I will not be visiting this location again. I purchased a purse on line and selected the in store pick up option. After receiving an email that my item was ready, I picked it up right before closing and didnt peek in the bag until I got back in the car. The purse was a lot smaller than I expected and I figured that Id come back in the morning since it was already late. Upon my return, I made the store employee aware of my request for a return and refund and she looked at my receipt and refused since I purchased online. Weird because the invoice in my bag shared that I had the option to return in store for a full refund within 30 days. Here I was with a brand new item that had been in my possession for less than a day and never left my front seat. In a rush, I chose another purse and left the store. Sitting at a red light, I looked at my new receipt and was surprised to notice it read no receipt return, which was untrue. This led me to call Michael Kors customer service and was advised that the stores policy was untrue and I was indeed entitled to a refund. The customer service agent sent a return label and once received, I will indeed receive a refund. I am not sure why the store did this but I dont care to shop there anymore because of this and although I dont prefer Coach, their in person customer service experience is so much better.

Drove all the way to this location in MacArthur Mall to return an online purchase from Michaelkors.com and was told that the item we were returning was on sale and therefore not able to be returned, but they could issue store credit. I know clearance items couldnt be returned. Nowhere on the website does it say you cant return sale items. She said the only other option is to mail them back. Checking the website again, it tells you that items can be returned to the store or mailed back as long as they are not altered, customized or clearance items. Highly disappointed with this experience and a complete waste of my time all because an employee didnt know their own policies or just didnt want to do their job. I wont be shopping there .

Mk shopping for the daughter no occasion...and great sale

At approximately 12pm on July 18th, 2020 I was refused entry into the store and refused service. Idk if it was based on how I look (bald, heavily tattooed including head and face, Caucasian) or the fact that my face was not covered;both?I have a medical exemption and am not required to wear face covering per the exemptions listed in said mandate. I politely attempted to explain this to the store employees who barred my entrance. 2 young ladies whom both refused to give even their first names. I simply left rather than cause a scene, but the matter is not done. Ive never shopped in Michael kors nor purchased a single item from the line. Yesterday was to be the first as a surprise for my wife who happens to be a fan of the MK label. Maybe I wouldve paid the exorbitant prices and maybe not. I wasnt allowed to look.The issue is most certainly not resolved and my wife and I will be allowed to shop here the next time I visit or further legal Action will be forthcoming. Its unfortunate that I didnt stay to get names of those employees discriminating against me, but Ill be recording next time.MK corporate office has also been contacted

By far the best in Norfolk/VA location. It actually has the latest stock and good staff who will help you in finding what you need. Sometimes they might be out of stock for some of the dresses or bags but they are really willing to order online.

Love this store. The employees are friendly and helpful but not pushy. They have a large selection and offer decent prices.

Buyer beware. Purchased a watch a couple days ago. It was too big so they took a link out. Decided to return it because its not comfortable to wear. They will not let me return it because they took the link out. I have all the original pieces, packaging and receipt. They were so rude about the whole situation.

I went here to exchange a bday gift...I was given the hardest time with the receipt. From a online order. The girl who assisted me was short and sharp with her words. Snooty...I would think she was racist except we were the same race. Ill never shop in this particular store. Definitely didnt like the way I was received.
