I just ordered a cookie cake, and while the service is fast and the cake tastes great, I am less than pleased with the appearance. The cake looks like someone wrote something else, messed up, and scraped off all the icing to try again. It also isnt decorated to my specifications - the colors are wrong and part of the message is missing. For good tasting cookies, this is a great place. But next time I want a cake for a special event, Im going elsewhere.

What I like the most is their option for personalized cookies and cake and sister in law love it so much since she got my niece unicorn cake from Mrs Fields.

I like the idea that they are offering some personalized cookies, thou a bit pricey but still a great deal perfect for gifts and parties.

Great customer service and great tasting cookies. Also there shakes are super delicious.

Talked to a guy named Jay. Asked him for name his 3 times before he finally gave to me. After giving his name he asked me why I needed it. I him told its because, I like know the of the person Im speaking with. This is terrible costumer service, and I didnt buy the cookie cake.
