Directions:  to Lineage Logistics Norfolk aka Portside Freezer (Google maps takes you right to it under this name) at Pier 3... from I-64 take I-564 West to the second exit, Exit 1 for NIT Northgate.  This is the Intermodal Connector and will cross back over 564. When the road curves around to do a 180, stay straight towards Northgate Rd. Turn right onto Northgate and follow this to the warehouse.
