Experience started out great. Ended horribly. Brung 10 pair of glasses up there and they gave us a price and time frame it would be done which was same day, then told us it would be ready on Monday which was fine. They showed us a sample pair of glasses they e did for us which looked great so we told them to continue with the rest of the glasses. Monday and Tuesday passed so I called and they kept telling me the guy who took over the job wasn’t at the shop. So when I finally got in touch with Allen, we were told they just flat out couldn’t do it anymore because it took too long to get one done, even though they were able to knock out 3 of them, which sounded off. Luckily we weren’t charged, But now we are stuck with half finished Engraved sunglasses. I recommend finding another engraving place if possible. Not worth the nightmare
