Just got my open water certification through this shop and these folks were great from the start! Knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to work to meet your needs! Looking forward to their future classes and dives!

Very friendly and helpful. Unlike other dive shops in the area, I felt like I get honest answers on gear and other answers to questions. I feel very comfortable and satisfied every time I go in there.

This is hands down the worst dive shop I have ever been to. They charged triple what I have paid in the past to have my regulator serviced and were rude when I called to check on it. They told me it would take 3 weeks and it has been 4. I was not told that they would be shipping my gear out of state to have it serviced and when I told the woman on the phone that I would have liked to know that information ahead of time she informed me that no shop in the country works on equipment in house. This is a lie, every other shop I have been to does their work in house.They have a poor gear selection of equipment and were generally unfriendly when I was in the shop. I would not waste your time here.

I have to agree with the other review. The lady in the office is rude. Do not give them your credit card info, they will debit your account whenever they feel like it without any verbal or written consent! Then a week after debiting our account, the owner Jo sent us an email demanding payment. The office is so unorganized they didnt not know they had already recieved payment. Rude & Unprofessional!!
