Colonial fence was great to work with, super responsive and accommodating. Our fencing selection was stuck in transportation on our installation day but instead of making us wait they gave us more expensive fencing without making us pay the difference. We love our fence! Would definitely recommend working with them!

I ordered a new vinyl picket fence from Colonial Fence to replace my peeling, rotting broken wooden fence. Everybody I interacted with in the office, on the phone and the salesman that came out were very nice and professional. They called to say my fence would be installed Monday. I. Some home from work Monday to a beautiful new fence and they did such an awesome job working around all my blooming perennials not one flower look like it was disturbed. I can’t stop admiring how great this new fence looks! My neighbor even called to say what a nice job they did and how perfectly straight it was. I highly recommend Colonial Fence! Worth every penny!

We had a great experience with Colonial Fence. We had received estimates from a few other companies, but Colonials prices were competitive and they had a great knowledge. They came by the property to measure and even gave helpful advice (land survey, clear out an area of brush, recommendations on where the fence should go and the color). The installation was pushed a few weeks later than what I was told, but it was during the Covid shutdown so they were working with a smaller staff, which was understandable. We are happy with the end result.

Just finished fencing in our back yard and had a great experience with the team over at Colonial. The project took a little longer than expected due to rocks and ledges, but the team was unrushed and took their time to make sure the installation was done right (not just quickly.) I would highly recommend CF for anyone interested in a quality fence and quality installation.

Ken Jr. and his team did an excellent job from the quoting stage right through installation and cleanup. All of his team were very courteous and professional at all times. I would highly recommend Colonial Fence for your next fence project!!

Hi I just want to say that my wife & I came into the showroom on several occasions only to find everyone very pleasant & helpful. My wife wanted a 2 tone fence beige & white and they worked with us to achieve our goal. It is beautiful and Scott and his team had some challenges with the terrain but they got it to work out beautifully!! We have had so many people stop and ask about the 2 tone and design in general .And I forgot to mention.....We really shopped around and it wasnt the least expensive, but I will say .....quality & service phenomenal !!!!!So glad we went with you guys. Beautiful showroom and friendly staff. Love that its a family owned company... The knowledge they have is incredible. And the fact that they make everything made to order in their own facilities is a rare thing to find in a fence company these days. Just had a fence installed with Colonial. Price was a little more than we initially budgeted for, but you definitely get what you pay for! I was very impressed with how they worked with me on my budget, didnt try to upsell at all, and explained to me exactly what I was getting for the price. Not only is the fence stunning, but the customer service and constant contact/communication throughout the project is unmatched. Could not recommend them more! Also loved that they were a family run business who have been around for a long time! Great experience, even better fence!

In March of 2019 Jim and I began are R & D ( research and development) to find the best Fence Company and price for our large job in our backyard.After going to several fence companies we decided to go with Colonial Fence.We are so happy that we did!We met up in the showroom several times with Ken Jr and Ken Sr to discuss options.As the months progressed both Steve and Ken Sr came out to measure and give us an estimate.As one would know there were many options to go with. They suggested what they thought would look good and we are so very happy that we went with the Richmond Solid and also 2 inch square lattice with Roman Section caps.Posts had Federal Post caps and we added a beautiful Wide Garden arbor!Ken Sr was very knowledgeable along with Steve. They answered all of our questions and explained why the panels had to be steppedbecause of the terrain.The crew of 3 showed up everyday on time!Perry, Edwin and Andrew were all very professional and respectful.They were a pleasure to have on site.Perry, the foreman answered all of our questions that we had during the installation.They were here on site for 1 week as we had nearly 40 panels to install.Yes the price might have been less expensive with another company....however.....We have gone that route before to try and save a little money.The saying you get what you pay for is true.Colonial Fence did an awesome job from beginning to end.Our fence is beautiful .Thank-you for such a nice job and for being so professional and wise.We appreciate the service and quality that you delivered.SincerelyJim and Karin ..in Walpole, Ma

My wife and I have used Colonial Fence in the past (2 yrs ago), to replace an old wood stockade fence that enclosed our yard. After researching local companies (Bellingham, Ashland and Walpole) who could not be bothered to give us an estimate or return a phone call, we stopped in the Colonial Fence showroom as were were driving by. Ken Jr. was extremely pleasant, professional, open and straight-forward about their product and pricing. This spring we had the need to replace 165 of fencing around our swimming pool. There was never a question who we would choose to complete this project. Some companies have a great product with poor help, others have a great staff and an inferior product, Colonial Fence has a great product AND a great team. From Ken Sr., Ken Jr., the entire sales team and installation crew, everyone treated us like our business was important to them. The install crew (lead by Jerry) was prompt, courteous, treated our yard and surroundings with care. Having a pool for over 30 yrs, this is our 3rd fence, and from the quality, construction and workmanship, should be our last. I would recommend Colonial Fence for every fencing need, we installed white vinyl along the perimeter of our yard with black aluminium at the driveway and we chose white vinyl along with black chain-link for the swimming pool. I had researched for over a year for a fence company that not only install good quality fence but also can perform high-quality work. The only fence company that seems to fit the bill is Colonial Fence and they service the South Shore areas if you have a minimum of 150’ of fence.Communication with Colonial Fence was great. I stayed on top of things with them throughout the process and dealt mainly with Ken Jr. who was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. In fact, the whole Colonial Fence family seems to get involved in the process, Steven, Melissa, and even the owner, Ken Sr., whom I found to be real business savvy and downright honest with his opinions. I am impressed.On April 22, 2019, we installed 203 of Richmond Solid Premium White Vinyl and 36’ of Rail Capped Jamestown Spaced Picket Premium White Vinyl that included a Jamestown curve rail slope fence. The entire project took 5 1/2 days to complete due to 2 days of heavy rain in between. The crew arrived around 9:30 am each day and left before we get home from work. As in any jobs there bound to be some hiccups and this job was no exception; a section was mistakenly installed and another section had to go back to the shop for trimming, but both Ken Jr. and the foreman quickly addressed the issues and got them fixed the next day. The foreman took pride in his work and it shows in his workmanship, he also left the place clean, all the holes filled, and the caps glued straight! The Richmond Solid and the Jamestown Space Picket (a bit pricier) flow nicely and look absolutely gorgeous.Kudos to the Colonial Fence Team, for a job well done from the beginning to completion, for working with us, and for meeting our needs. It wasn’t cheap I admit, but it was worth every penny especially when hearing my neighbor surprise comment in seeing cement foundation and the thickness of the materials inside the poles. Oh, and did I mentioned that they do not use sub-contractors. As for my husband, he can’t stop admiring the WHITE beautiful fence – the color that he was so dead set against in the first place.Thank you, Colonial Fence Team!

Called looking for a replacement vinyl panel and the lady on the phone wasnt very helpful,didnt offer me any options just said that the fence was out of stock and couldnt help me.I sure they are good at installing fences professionally all around your property just need a little help with the customer service end.

Owner is an absolute lunatic ! ANY reviews that state that had an infall are fabricate by the owner ! Take a hidden camera in you will be in for a SHOCK!Soon as we slake din owner went crazy screaming like we broke in ! This is mid day int he showroom! Screamed they dont do installations yet the advertise for them/ Yelled profanity and me and my wife for simply looking at fences inside the showroom! I have read other reviews of this same behavior ! There are BRAND new trucks with high end after market parts and custom cars parked out from nearly every couple months yet NEVER one customer in the store ever? Very VERY strange business that is run by a maniac ! DO NOT GO IN !!!!!! IF YOU DO BRING A HDDEN CAMERA!!!
