This isnt in regards to this specific store, but rather the company in general.I have had a weeks long customer service fiasco with Harry and David over a payment that they failed to process. My bank confirmed that the transaction was approved but that the money was never requested by H&D. After more than a week of being harassed daily by emails asking me to contact them and verify the bankcard information (during which time the pending charge still showed on my credit line), I called H&D customer service and was told that they could not charge my card again but that I had to mail in a check or process a wire transfer. That was not what I agreed to when I placed my order, and I have spent far too much time trying to correct their error.No truffles are worth this hassle. I wish Id just ordered the ones listed on Amazon. Id never have had this kind of service with them.
I received a gift page today 12/17 and upon opening the little tan box with a raindeer on it the bag of premium mixed nuts were already opened and for some odd reason only one of my pairs were wrapped in some gold soil. Not going to eat anything out of this gift basket and I will be telling the sender of this package to get their money back! Not happy with this service.
