This was my first visit there and it had a lot of cool eclectic items. The jewelry was a bit expensive but elegant and unique. Was nice to look at all the items and a lot of candles and herbs available that it hard to find. I would go there more often if it wasnt over an hour away for me.

A gem!! The shop has such a calming energy, I knew immediately this was going to become my go-to place. Its a pretty big store and they have a large collection. All of their items are beautiful, if I could I wouldve bought freaking everything! The prices are reasonable as well, I was actually shocked, I thought everything was going to be super expensive, but nope! The cats are an awesome bonus, and Angelina was so nice and super helpful! This place has some nice products, but the service is questionable. My husband and I came in without masks, assuming this place was like most others. We are fully vaccinated, but we are also willing to abide by a businesss requirements. We asked if they had extra masks we could use, but the lady at the counter said no. Because we needed incense, and this 15 minute drive was the most convenient for us to get some, we drove home and came all the way back with masks. After we had been back for a few moments, six other people came in, all without masks on. The lady working who turned us away, offered them all masks that she had behind the counter. So this lady lied to us, inconvenienced us, and then right in front of our faces, serviced six other people in the way she wouldnt for us. Interestingly enough, two of the people who came in, owned the business. It seems as though once the boss was around, so was the good service. I used to love this place, but after today, im going to order online.

The cats prancing around are hams 😍 great variety of things to buy for your practice. We were even given a free sample of incense which I plan to buy need time I go in. The lemongrass soap is the bomb! Thank you for a experience we won’t forget!!

Pre-covid I was super happy with this store and loved going in for a reading. I went recently and the reading was so bad! The service in the store was abysmal as if they had no interest in making a sale or speaking to anyone who came into the store. While I was there 3 separate groups of people came in and left with no purchases after no interaction from the shop keeper. I only stuck around because I was waiting for my reading but honestly it was so bad I should have known and just left too.

Great for all your witchy needs

Normally stock up on my witchy needs here; but just went and masks weren’t being enforced. It’s quite a small space and there was a large number of people in the shop leading to everyone being on top of each other. Without masks. I’m immune compromised so we left and went to Rumpelstiltskin. Personally don’t want to risk it and would rather shop somewhere I feel my safety is being mutually respected.

I shop here regularly. All the workers are very friendly and helpful to the actual spiritual practices. Very resonable prices and they have layaway !!

I went to Kindred yesterday for a few things. The woman working at the time I went was so sweet and patient. (Esp..with my husband. He kept touching things.🤦‍♀️🤣 ) As I walked by the crystal clusters in one of the display cases I felt a surge of loving energy and was drawn to one of them. I ended up getting that one and she put it in a pretty box for me. 💖 Their essential oils are amazing as well. Thank you for bieng open during this time.

I honestly love this place . The vibe is better than other places I have been to . The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was super excited that they did a customer appreciation day one year where they gave back to the customers. Overall great place and they have cool events! Ever since I found this place, I have been back every week!!! Walking in the door it is very relaxing. This place has everything I need and what I cant find, they special order it for me! The orders come in very fast so it does not hold up any work you may need to do. Every other Friday, they have a Meditation group that is AWESOME!! Everyone is super friendly and very knowledgeable. This is definitely one of my new favorite places!

Where do I begin? I love this place and Laura is the sweetest. When you walk in there is a soothing, calmness that overtakes you and makes you instantly feel at home. I had never been to a place like this before but since my first visit, Ive been back twice and have started planning another trip. They have gems and crystals of various types, candles, incense, jewelry and more! I appreciate how much Ive learned since coming here and I will definitely be back! The cats are so adorable and I love how unobtrusive they are. Even though I love cats, I know there are people who might not feel too comfortable shopping with a cat crawling all over them and these cats know it as well. I reccomend this shop all of the time and will keep spreading the word about this amazing place!Update: I visited this afternoon (10/24/2020) and had the most unsettling experience. Normally when I visit, Laura is in and shes always pleasant and makes you feel comfortable while perusing. The lady that was there today made me feel unwelcome the moment I stepped across the threshold. Im big on energy and the vibration that she put out was one of negativity, as if she didnt want me in the store. I almost didnt want to buy anything but after traveling for almost an hour to restock, leaving without anything wasnt feasible. I purchased 25% of what I planned to buy because her vibration was too overwhelming and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She wasnt rude but she made it very clear that she wasnt interested in assisting me. Ive had so many wonderful experiences here and it was because of the friendliness of Laura (and the cats) that kept me coming back. After this experience with J******, I will not be back.

Upon entering, I was greeted by three sweet friendly ladies. Very approachable, easy to talk with, as well as knowledgeable! The store is charming with an array of crystals, incense, candles, herbs, etc. I was also greet by Glenda, a beautiful black cat. I loved how they explained each of the cats personalities. Upon making a purchase for some incense, they decided to make me gift customer of the day which was awesome! The experience I had was spectacular and definitely brightened my day up! A very welcoming store, with helpful staff. I spent a bit of time in there yesterday, and there was a woman there asking about a problem going on in her life. I wont go into detail, but mention it because the staff was great at handling it. Rather than just trying to sell her more stuff, they spoke at length with her to try to get to the root of the problem, and had suggestions that would have seen her purchase nothing there. All the while they were still attentive to myself and the other customers. I left there with a great impression of the caring, amazing staff (and some gorgeous crystals). I will definitely be returning!

I was in Norfolk for just a few hours the beginning of this month. While I was preparing to go through the area, I had found this shop online. I was determined to stop by before I left, and I am so happy that I did! I was feeling quiet anxious when I got there, but by the time I had left I was much more relaxed. I first visited about a month ago with my mom and sister. The kitties are so cute .The lady that helped us was very sweet. We bought stones, Guatemalan worry dolls and my mom bought this giant dragon clock. It was pretty sweet. I will be going back again. They have a really great selection and there is a sense of calm when walking in.

One of my favorite places to be. I get my essential oils and sage from here. Love the cats there sadly my allergies dont like em too much. Chilled laid back kind of place and of course the lovely ladies that are there are always willing and able to help those on their spiritual journey no matter where they are in it.

I can’t remember their names, but I had a conversation with two ladies. The first lady was very sweet and very insightful. The second one called me a witch because of my owl tattoo and then grabbed my hands (without my consent) and began to tell me because I have an M on my palms, that means I’m a witch too. Then she just walked away mid-conversation with no closure or anything. Tainted the whole experience. I feel bad because the other lady was very sweet, but I can’t go back to a place like that if they hire people who are so misinformed.

Really nice customer service. Several readers available, mostly tarot but also a vedic palm reader. Basic occult items are always available and they are willing to look up more specific items and order them in. No pressure sales- feels more like family.They have 3 cats the customers can pet and the store accepts SPCA donations.

Rather underwhelming based on my opinion of the pics. That may be a reason y none of their pics show the view when you enter the door. One of the reviews mentioned books but i think I may have seen one, maybe two(i wasnt looking that hard). They do have a decent selection of stones, and cages so you can wear your stone of choice. The staff is friendly and i did have an enjoyable experience walking around and lookong at what they did have and petting the cats(the black one os the friendliest).
