Ordered euros on line. Received notice the next day letting me know I could pick them up. I was even able to get some 1 and 2 euro coins. Lady working there was very pleasant. However, I do wish the pickup location was in Virginia Beach rather than at the Norfolk mall.

Spoke with a woman named Katherine who was knowledgeable, swift, and able to answer questions in a way I could understand. This was my first time using any kind of currency exchange, and if Im ever in the area again, I will absolutely be returning.

I wish the rate had been better, but it was convenient. I had a small issue with my transaction, but I contacted the company manager and she took care of the issue to my satisfaction. I appreciated her concern and it made a difference.

Nothing but impressed. Very friendly staff. Fair exchange rate, flat exchange fee. I e-mailed asking for the current exchange rate and within 10 minutes the manager had responded. I requested small bills (EUROs) and CXI was happy to accommodate.

I use currency exchange international a few times a year. It is undoubtably the best place in hampton roads. The rates are very competitive and considering that most banks dont take foreign currencies and the airport is a rip off, there really is no other option.

It was great to get currency closer to where I live, and skip the airport, either leaving the US or arriving in another country. Much more convenient.
