Slow as molasses! Their reasoning was being under staffed but there were several people running around working. If being understaffed is an issue then pay your employees more and make people wanna work there. Also from my experience I feel they make mobile food delivery orders their least priority. I spoke to a manager about it but from what we discussed and what I witnessed are completely opposite. Beware when ordering through a third party app here and definitely be prepared to wait!

Ordered an 6 piece chicken tinder meal. Wow !!! It would take 3 of dairy queen nuggets to make 1 Mc Donalds nugget.... looked like pigeon bird eggs they were so small. They even put the sauce on the bottom on the chicken nuggets to make them look like theyre were more, Not!!! Ill never buy hot food there again. The milkshake was good.

Ive never been to a Dairy Queen before but it was it. I had a chili dog with cheese and a raspberry brownie blizzard. It did not disappoint so if your not used to seeing them a lot you should go. Very good 5/5 to me.

Pls bring back the Snickerdoodle blizzard and keep it year round

I know im a lil late was working alot but I had ordered a d.q cake for my neice for her birthday once I recieved the cake in person it looked 100x better than the picture I ordered it. I believe her name is KAREN if you ordered a cake from the Norfolk grandby area make sure AS SON AS YOU ORDER ONLINE CALL IMMEDIATELY AND ASK IF MS KARENS GONNA BE MAKING IT she did an AMAZING JOB on my nieces it was the talk of the party I know for a fact the people that attended her party will be ordering from D.Q Ms Karen put her own creation to it and made her cake so amazing beautifully done ms Karen and thank you so much for putting your own spin to it making it the talk of the party photo of her cake in the photos it reads HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAYA

Im not sure who was working around 4 pm on July 1st but they were not happy to be working there and they did a poor job making my blizzards. I got a Rocky Road Royal blizzard and the marshmellow filling was maybe halfway filled. I also ordered a mini Brownie Batter Blizzard that was poor mixed the bottom half was still plain vanilla ice cream and it had too many toppings for a mini blizzard I didnt even finish it. I usually have very well blended blizzards and a great experience but todays staff was not it.

This is NOT a full menu Dairy Queen. They dont sell as many food items as other Dairy Queens, hence the word Treat next to the restaurant name. Their primary focus is ice cream by the beach! If you are seeking food here, their hot dogs are delicious. The ice cream never disappoints. The service is usually great! The general staff is friendly, but multiple times Ive noticed management is quite rude to their staff.

I have had great service and product since this DQ opened....until today. Obvious unhappy employees, lots of flies inside, my blizzard was missing at least 1/8 of volume and my husbands chocolate milkshake was chocolate milk. Please do better!

This is a GREAT DQ! The Blizzards are made awesomely.Dont let the long line to the drive thru scare you off. They are fast!All the employees still wearing mask too. Unlike the Burger King nearby which I will never patronage again. And while Im at it...who puts a container of French fries in the bag upside down?! Give this BK a pass.

Everything was good, service was great and we got our order quickly but the parking is terrible. I was going to go inside, but the parking was tight, so the only way to go back into the parking is to go out and go back in or just use the drive thru and go. I ended up using the drive thru but the drive thru was fast service.

As always... YUMMY. Nice little sweet treat to end the day.

My peanut butter milkshake was terrific. I dont get cravings like that often but this shake satisfied it completely. That chaotic parking lot is small and troublesome though. Thats my only complaint.

MEH, Its hit or miss depending on which location you go to. The Haygood location is slow and most likely to mess up your order. The location in Ocean View was on point! Dairy queen itself is just yummy...and Im not a stoner just a sweet lover!!

We had possibly the RUDEST little girl take our order tonight. She yelled at my husband, then said thats not what you ordered. Chill out, its just ice cream!!!

I really love dq ice cream but I had a problem with the fact that the gave this girl an 11 hour shift and only a 30 min break and she was also under the age of 18 which is not ok I’m just confused on why they would do that it is Unexpectable and will be having to speak to someone about this I don’t remember the girls name but I have contacted the police about this.

So we went to this location and.all the employees were hiding in the back. We noticed some men working but they said they were just there fixing the machine. An employee with a pink mask saw us with a cake and never said anything until we asked her to ring it up. All of a sudden 3 employees appeared. If you dont want to work then close or tell us dont leave us standing there.

Always.....and I mean always get a small Heath blizzard and a small twist cone, for me and the Mrs.Never have I got a cone that was twisted.....ever. They just plop it on. Fine......taste the same, right?Got the most pathetic twist cone tonight.......I did order a small.....but not a micro, leaning plop.SadI realize the place is run by children....but come on mgt...smh

For a Dairy Queen you didnt have much selection I know were still in a pandemic but it needs your menu needs to be updated to get some more in there even if you are just a small Dairy Queen theres other things besides hot dogs in a chicken sandwich you can serve

I came there for years and it was amazing. The general manager Gabriel was outstanding and thenstore was always so clean and efficient!! I remember some higher up manager being very rude and unappreciative of him for whatever reason even though this was the best Dairy Queen I had ever been to!!!! I dont know all the drama but I know as soon as Manager Gabriel left, it has been steep downhill since. Knowing him more, I believe it was that manager who caused such a failure. Also the new exterior colors are hideous

The ice cream cone was a leaning tower, but otherwise it tastes great.

Drive thru was quick and the blizzard was good.

Only had one bad experience and that was when my blizzard had no cheesecake when I asked for extra. I assume the guy misheard me. Other than that they are quick and good.

Alright so I love their ice cream. The staff has always been decent however this time I decided to get a grilled chicken sandwich. Not the best choice. All I got was a piece of warmed up chicken on bread no mayo, Lettuce etc. (also did not ask for any special requests for my order). Slightly disappointing. Will only return for ice cream

Everything was good but we werent given napkins and my daughter had asked for a sundae and we didnt receive it.

Amazingly fast, the car line sometimes can wrap around the building and even out into the street. But they seem to be able to handle the customer flow quite nicely and the line moves at a very fast pace, which is great.

I posted a picture of an employee helping a lady who was interested in a job... she needed help filling out her application... this employee took the time out to sit and assist her with not 1 look of irritation..frustration...annoyance or anything on her face. She was patient & happy to help her. I commend her because some others wouldve been irritated or had an attitude. I hope she doesnt mind the picture I took. I also sent an email to corporate and spoke not just highly of her but the excellent customer service that I always receive when I am in the area. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GRANBY DAIRY QUEEN...

My daughter and dog always love it when we stop. The pup cup if you dont know is a little cup for your dog,is always a big hit. He is always waiting with his head out the window. My daughter also loves it what kid doesnt. There is not a Dairy Queen near us so it is always a treat when we stop at one.

I used to love coming here. The staff use to be friendly and the wait times were relatively short. I visited two days ago and have realized how much things have changed. I waited about 5 minutes for someone to even take my order along with the short tone the cashier hade with me. Its not worth the time or patience to eat here. I would recommend to go somewhere else if you want anything from here.

I was hoping for a blizzard with a lot of caramel.The only blizzard that appeared on the menu with caramel whats a heath blizzard.A lot of ice cream, with a few bits Sky candy bar.It was tasty. However, I was expecting a little bit more.
