This company does not return phone calls asking them to. Management and HR blow you off when you leave messages and ask for return calls on many occasions. Not a very professional Business model and approach. No excuses.
I had the same experience and received an e mail to interview with an Anjela Johnson Waring. When I responded I received an e mail that she was fired and to forward the response and interview process to a Kim Valenti, apparantly the owners wife. I did forward this aprx. 3 to 4 times and also called a lady named Heather there who said she would be sure Miss Valenti called me back or returned the message. It has been a Month and a half now and still no responses at all. So I agree with the prior person posting that they do not respond to calls and messages with responses. I have checked all parts of my e mail and the phone call also would have confirmed a response. Lackluster business which is still running an ad for help for low salary I had offered to work for. Will not call or apply with them again and recommend others avoid this Company.They did apparantly pay for an ad praising themselves in a trade magazine recently though, which does not reflect any of the experiences they are providing to the public. Public Beware

This Dealers Technician had problems keeping my unit repaired. They are a very small dealer. Decided to go with Konica Minolta in Chesapeake and have never been happier. Just some info if it helps others out there.
