Dan and those boys know what theyre doing! Great customer service, great with answering any questions you have, and have always been friendly anytime I stopped in and had a question.!! Dan has personally helped me with many situations when it comes to Harley-Davidson. Even if I thought it was a funny question or even a difficult question to answer he didnt even bat an eye. I recommend these guys above anyone in Norfolk or even the surrounding areas!

This is not a review, it is a response to the review from the google user with the brake issue. FIRST OF ALL if you wont give your identity you are a coward. SECOND I searched all of our tickets for 4 years back. There were two customers that we replaced calipers on that were shovel heads, and niether were you.THIRD If you ever owned a shovel head you would know that the banana style calipers that are stock on all shovel heads are junk. FORTH, If you had your bike worked on here at KPS, you would have been informed what was done to your bike and why. FIFTH if you have a problem with KPS, by all means you should discuss the matter with KPS and it would be resolved. SIXTH, Make proper use of the English language, so people would take you seriously. YOU SIR OR MAM, need to direct your issues to the source of the problem and not lash out behind the google curtain, hiding your identity. I KNOW WHO YOU ARE
