I call marks for core aeration and seeding just few weeks after, I started getting compliments from my neighbors on how great my lawn looks. One of them came to me to get his contact because she was impressed by the results. Marks not only did a great job but he also follow up to check the progress of the lawn. After 8 weeks, I call him back for mowing and maintenance. He went above and beyond, cuts down all the dead flowers around the house, detail my flower bed and spread some weeds killer and didnt add any extra charge. Im very pleased with his job and Im also planing on calling for lawn detaching.

Mark was originally a great yard service man. He was going to do tree trimming and a large project in my back yard. He started the project. I had to send more money for materials. Over $750. He stole my money. He told me he would refund me since he kept cancelling the days of service. He said 7-10 days I’d have a full refund. It’s now been over 10 days and he keeps leaving my messages on read. I’ll be contacting legal help for this matter.

Great experience with Mark. Called and he came out same day, within a few hrs. Good communication and provided exactly what I needed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to others.

I own a rental home in Virginia Beach, Contacted Mark for tree/bush trimming.He didn’t respond for about 3-4 days. Said he came out to look at the place, and quoted me a reasonable price to do the work. Not sure if he actually did, I’m out of state. Paid him a small deposit, and he said he’d come back the same day to get started. When I asked if he made it back, no response til late. He didn’t show up. Ok fine, gave another chance.Said he’d be there monday, Labor Day. I asked are you sure, he said yes and gave his word. Asked day before, and morning of, what time he’s coming, no response til the day is almost over. Says he has no employees and can’t work. At this point, he hasn’t showed up twice. Asked for my deposit back, because he hasn’t been reliable. No responses for long periods. No deposit refunded, even though no work done. Said he would refund and never did, just ignores. I would recommend avoiding this “business”. Not reliable or honorable, and didn’t even get to the point of work being performed. No regard for the customer.

Mark is always great. He cleaned out my flower beds perfectly. He also mulched the whole garden and it looks fantastic! On top of that he mows my lawn consistently and it always looks great.

Mark did an excellent job on our lawn. We didn’t realize the thickness of our grass, but he was able to get it done in good time and it looked really great. His response time was fast and he was able to fit us in the day after we messaged him. We are extremely satisfied with his work!
