Norfolk Premium Outlets has affordable prices and plenty of parking spaces available and it’s located not far from Virginia Beach

One of the best places for real shopping. Basically, in the Malls I dont want to specify we may come across the same brands, but here most of them are at the best price. There are 2 things price and quality. We can have satisfaction in both of them. I personally believe on outdoor shopping 🛒🛍️ because we have multiple options to try and find the best fit. The online shopping is appealing but outdoor shopping is fun and satisfying.

Nice, walkable, good selection and plenty of parking. The usual athletic stores tea the busiest. Very convenient location

This is a nice mostly outdoor type mall.There is a food court which was upon upon my visit today, however I did not go in. There was indoor and outdoor seating available.There are many well known brand stores here which are pretty on par with what you would expect at an outlet mall.There is a little train for children to ride around in for about 6$ and there was also a bouncy jump area for 10$ per 4 minutes of jumping.There is a childrens play area that had a few kids in it.There is outdoor seating outside a lot of the stores, and some of them had charging ports.There is a pavilion overlooking a lake that is pretty nice.There are plenty of bathrooms.

Nice four star outlet park. Stopped here while traveling thru town. Nice selection of shops but did not find any killer deals. Typical outlet but clean and with good selection.

Great place with lots and lots of variety of shopping centers to choose from and all varieties with affordable/regular rate prices. The area is well maintaned and beautifully done up with its walkways, relaxing stations and landscaping. Stores are accessed via their own entrances from the walkway so no way of avoiding being outside to and from but some areas are canopied so some protection is offered. If in need of any shopping necessities or looking for a day out browsing some shops I would recommend checking the Norfolk Premium Outlets!

Amazing outdoor setting with a variety of stores. There is a little of something for everyone. From designer to luxury you will find something here. The parking is a little bit awkward but easily managable. Usually pretty busy on the weekends and holiday sale time periods. There is an ATM on site though it is a little hidden. The cable jump area is a great amenity for the little ones to play. Will return again.

I went to pick up a purchase and parked very close to the Coach store and it was convenient for me

I enjoyed the shops, and the atmosphere. Prices were outlet prices which was a good thing. Far to often outlets run up the prices and discount little which turns into normal, everyday prices.....Great experience highly recommend to visit..

The Norfolk premium outlet is great! Theres ALWAYS a deal going on at one store or another. The area is always very clean as far as Ive seen and that includes the bathrooms. Even if youre not in the market to buy something, they have a very nice food court and walking around the property is also a lot of fun. One of the best premium outlet malls Ive been to.

First time there. Great selection of stores. Not all are outlets but still great variety. Had a fun time with the family. Very clean awesome atmosphere.

Everything we saw was really overpriced (Id know, I live in NYC!) Staff was friendly-ish to me but made my wife feel very uncomfortable and I unwanted. The candy store was the only pleasant experience. Even the random patrons wandering around stared at us like were in the wrong part of town. Would NEVER visit this mall again even if my life depended in it.

Love the shopping here, but can we please start keeping up in the landscaping. We are no longer shut down. Time to get back to work

We shopped at Michael Kors, Nike, Levis and Famous Footwear. We had a great experience at all 4 places. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices were great and we found everything we were looking for!

I love love love the prices at most of the stores at the outlet. I love that it has brought a wonderful retail experience to our city. It is located close to everything and it can be accessed quickly from 64-264. Please visit and enjoy the sales. Military, Senior, and City of Norfolk employee discounts at some stores. Stay beautiful!

Good selection of outlets to shop at. Area was very well maintained and clean restrooms. Food court and other food choices right down the road.

Been going here for a while. I think they should add more stores but overall a nice calm atmosphere.

Great shopping... weird location... but worth it...!

I like some of the shops but parking is a nightmare with half of the lot closed. I wish they had fans or something outside cause when the wind isnt blowing and with the wind beating down it can get hot as all get out, out there. I wish there was a tech store out there too.

Foot traffic friendly. Plenty of outdoor seating for taking a break. Fun childrens train and play area. Various places to eat. Clean facilities.

It was a nice place spend a lot of money

The place is usually packed on weekends . You have to go at the right time though or you’ll be in huge crowds . But most of the time they have good sales and a good selection.I recommend going in the summer when most sales are active .

It is very nice to visit this outlet, because you can find good food, clothing stores, sports, and also beautiful landscapes.

Great outlet shopping in an interesting layout. It doesnt have tons of stores but mostly big chain. It has two small ponds to bring up the waterside atmosphere and a basic and good food court.

Very wide variety of high quality stores. Pretty much almost every top clothing and shoe available at this shopping center. Also nice restaurants as well.

Enough shops to meet most people. Adults and children shops. Most of the shops have hand sanitizer and capacity tracking.

Gorgeous location, impressive selection of luxury shops and designer stores. Im a big fan of Calvin Klein so its very nice to finally have an outlet thats closer than Williamsburg. The mall is a bit spread out and can be tricky to navigate, but there are very helpful interactive kiosks with the ability to list walking directions to specific shops and even text them to your phone. The food pavilion attached to the mall is a bit disappointing, but there are several good dining options a bit further down. Overall a nice place for a good shopping trip!

I got a wedding band from Kays Outlet. Chis was amazing. I go to pick up my ring, an older white lady with a mixture of grey blonde hair, first of all drops my ring off jump, disrespect my character and then had to force her self to say she appreciates our business..... I can go on and on anyway. My ring was magnificent. Thanks Kays

Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Under Amour are just a few of my favorite stores at this outlet mall so it makes sense to call it a premium one! Fairly new and well kept all the prices in all the stores are great too. The atmosphere keeps a certain crowd coming back it’s more high class

Mostly upscale some neat shops surf shop was Cool and the as seen on TV had a lot of stuff. The food court was great. Clean and good food. I had fresh sushi was good. Check out the pier and povilion on the lake super neat. I guess I gave it 3/5 because it was mainly too pricey but I guess thats what some like.

Its okay pretty standard outlet. For some reason almost all of the bathrooms were closed. I assume thats not normal for them.

Glad to have an outlet so close. Very nice. Especially the gazebos they have in different locations. And you can take a break playing games on the lawn or a play area for older kids. (6-12 I believe) Not sure if theres an area for younger ones.

Open air. Easy to stay distant.

Its a really nice Factory Outlet. Has a lot of cool stores check out my pictures. It also has a good food court and lots of things for the kids to do. I would say visit in the spring, summer or fall because it is a open Mall its probably not going to be a lot of fun in the winter time. That is unless you like to walk around in the cold. I recommend visitation. You will enjoy your experience.

Amazing outlets! This location is ideal for the entire Hampton roads area! The covered seating is amazing! There’s amazing parking for first responders! Grab a bite to eat in the cook a/c when you need a break or sit outside in the comfortable chairs under the covered walkway! This place has it all! Skip the malls and head here!

Armani store was the only one visited, excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Outlet common areas are clean and nicely done.

Great atmosphere at the outlets with some great stores. They have a nice area to sit down and eat. If you’re in the area check it out

Sadly they open at 11 not at 9am,10am. So be ready to make lines to go in to the stores and also wait. The stores are basically outside so when it rains like today its not very convenient, but try to park close to where you are going they do have about 30 stores including. Coach,olnavy,baby and gap,bath and body,Nike, and also a food court. They have a pier very pretty to take pictures and the restrooms are inside the foodcourt. Now the food cout irs super small like 5 stores and I think only 2 open at the moment a Chinese place they sell bobba and other teas, and philly cheesetake place 🤔. Sorry I dont have photos . If you want coffee or pretzels they have a Jamba juice. Starbucks and Ann pretzel. The only thing open at 10 am its Starbucks. This outlet its kind of hidden, around the airport. But its a nice place to just go and hand a quick stop . Easy to run..around.

I really like that all the shops are close to each other and shop signs are very visible.

Everything is over-priced, but nice to walk around in. Jerky outlet is the best store there!

Prices increased but overall a nice place to shop with the family.The train ride and bungee jumping for the kids was definitely exciting.

They need a information center for people that need wheelchairs & people that need a guide for directions of the outlet stores. They need a lost & found for people that turn in lost items but overall its great to shop at with the percents off items & discounts for the military.Activities for the children to have fun too!

The outlets have so much to look at. We went to Michael Kors, coach, Armani exchange, Nike and bath and body works. We were assisted every store we went in. This is called premium for a reason.

They had a few nice stores. But not the biggest selection

Hands down one of the best outlets Ive ever been too. The employees were an excellent help. There were quite a few stores to choose from vs Hagerstown premium outlets in Hagerstown, MD. There was also actually couches to sit on along with a fenced pond.

Loved the variety of stores, also they have some nice seating areas and trails if you need a break from shopping.

I wasnt really impressed with the outlet factor. The prices were the same as in the regular stores. The candy shop was a joke. The outlet area itself was very clean and pleasant.

For the most part they do have a lot of the stores that I like to shop at. But its unfortunate that sometimes I have to go to Williamsburg because they dont have all the stores that I like to shop at. But one thing I will say is Ive got a lot of nice discount at the Adidas store in the Nike store. And they do have a nice selection at both stores.

A really good Outlet Mall. The Coach and Kate Spade stores were true outlets!! Others not so much, but overall a really nice place to shop.

The Starbucks here always gets your order right and with a friendly smile even though they are the busiest Starbucks Ive seen in Norfolk! The outlet also does a really good job keeping the area clean and family friendly

I enjoy coming here! The place is very clean and well run. Parking is never a huge issue however getting to the outlets from your car can be difficult because there’s little to no crosswalks and there is so much traffic from both ways between the parking lot and the entrance. Good food selections and great stores. The location is by so much more as well!

The Outlet Has Pretty Good Amount Of Stores To Choice From. Parking Is Not To Bad. Maybe 2 or 3 More Restaurants Could Be Added For Better Choices

While limited food options are available the selection of stores and layout is phenomenal. I absolutely loved the play area featuring giant chess and giant jenga.
