My items took several weeks to arrive. I understand that there is a crazy shipping backlog effecting all retailers, but there wasnt a lot of communication about this. I am also needing a refund due to an unusual circumstance, but they refuse to honor that. They will only provide store credit. There is nothing available that I actually want in my size, and due to my circumstance, I do not have the time to wait. The owners are unwilling to provide an exception out of fairness to all other customers. Given the lack of stock, the quality of many items, and the unreasonable return policy, it is just not worth the money.
