Excellent store.Associate was so helpful in helping my wife decide on the products. It’s our first time there and we took long time. Associate stayed with us until we finished the shipping and was so kind to shows all the flavors and explain about the current offers store is running.They have BUY 2 GET 1 FREEor BUY 3 GET 2 FREE.If you are looking to try or buy some. New fragrances come in each season. The store is organized and often have sales or deals which mark down the original prices at the register. Check out the sale display for bigger discounts. There is plenty of parking in front of the store.Thanks for reading my review!

Love this store. Its clean, well stocked, and the employees are friendly and helpful. However, the other customers will regularly pull down their masks to smell products. If youre worried about covid, go earlier in the day or shop online.

Showed up to a store at 4:40 that closes at 5. Was told they were at capacity and not letting anymore in the store. I said “ok ill wait here until someone comes out.” She responded they needed time to close and not accepting anymore in a rude manner. I said “but you are open until 5, and I’d like to shop!” I could see a lady exiting, past me. So I responded “well you are no longer at capacity so may i come in, or what time is good for you for me to arrive and shop.” She responded “FINE!” I enter to find only 2 other people in the store. They lied about capacity. 4 other people had showed up while i was in store and were turned away, mad. One would think in these times, they’d love to work and be open finally thriving. But if you’re eager to close and just leave, then why are you in the retail business. Maybe back up your closing time to match whenever your employees want to leave that day. Shoppers show up before closing time, expecting to shop, how is everyone to know when you’re closing. Who knows how long they were turning people away?!?!? Probably since noon.

Always enjoy going to bath and body works.

I went in to buy a wall plug in for my room and potentially some perfume. The Staff all ignored me even when I was the only customer in the store. No one greeted me or said anything. The lady checking me out was nice though. Kinda sucked cause I couldn’t find something else I wanted and the employees kept disappearing when I tried to find them. Then when I bought something suddenly all the employees told me “Have a nice day!” Sad I had to buy something to be treated well.

This location was wonderful!! The store was very neat and was fully stocked!! The sales ladies were very polite, helpful, and efficient. Its a COMPLETELY different experience at this location vs the Eastland Mall store!!!! I cannot stress that enough!!! Go here. You will love it!!
