Had an awesome experience here. My son is an incoming freshman. Due to federal and state grants, he has a full ride. We went to the bookstore to order a laptop for him with grant funds. After going to financial aid office, we were able to order him a $900 Surface Pro! Hes excited! The customer service was exceptional as were their patience.

If you can rent from Chegg, Amazon, or other places I recommend this as a last resort. The prices are higher than most of those outlets. The website has recommended the wrong textbooks for me too many times. And getting a refund was troublesome to say the least. If you do order keep and eye on your online account as you wont get an email when your order is ready.

HORRIBLE. I wasted $450 on an order, and two of my books were doubled in quantity even though the website check-out said there was one of each. Right away I noticed that AND how much more expensive they were at this bookstore than other places ($241 could have been saved! I did the math once I realized that was an option). I called back THAT AFTERNOON to return the order, and they said they would. I assumed the order was refunded all along, but they never did it. Two weeks later (once we were allowed to go in-store) I went in to return the order, and they told me it was too late to return the online books. This wouldnt be a problem if they had returned the order the SAME DAY I ordered it, like I had asked. That was $300 of my order that Ill never get back. Get your books anywhere else, this store is useless.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful

I ordered a book for a $159 thinking that I needed it. It turns out I didn’t so I called back to cancel the order and they never did. So I had to call three more times due to no cancellation within that time period and the third time they left me on hold for 40 minutes. Then, once they got me off hold, they just immediately hung up on me. This place has atrocious customer service. Never buy your books from here.

Nice small school store with most of the basics youll need for classes. Unfortunately you will need to outsource when looking for some books, or supplies since their stock is quite limited. But if youre in a pinch and need something quickly, it will suffice.

They have your basic needs for convenience but a ti calculator you can get at walmart for $10 is sold here for $20. Everything else is priced similarly. Come here if you want to be ripped off.

Friendly staff way to expensive and when you go to return a book they buy it back for a 10th of what you paid for it and just put it back on the shelf to sell it for the original price you paid for it. Complete scam buy your stuff online.

Super nice staff but total scam on prices for books! Buy online or you’ll spend an arm and a leg on books here. I saved $300 returning books and buying online from amazon or the original website.

Very helpful but expensive. They have note/ charts for classes that fit in binders as well as supplies.
