First time users beware of the following situation.When I got ADT last year, I was given a free doorbell when I purchased the package with door sensors and a backyard camera. The doorbell camera which was skybell never worked. Here is the problem. For first time users, ADT uses Safestreets to install the system and they only come to service if you call for any issue. The person from safe streets always used to blame my internet speed and I have high speed Xfinity. Finally, after 8 months I realized that the doorbell camera I got was not ADT doorbell but a cheapold skybell from safestreets. After my recent call with ADT, they sent ADT technician for the very first time and he installed an ADT doorbell and it works perfect whereas the doorbell given by safestreets never worked even once. So, if you are first time user, donot fall for the free doorbell because they give this skybell which never works. Only ask for ADT doorbell. Hope this helps.

Our technician was very friendly and helpful with this being our first alarm system. I was impressed that the system was up and ready in just a few hours. I will be so excited when we get our cameras for outside and our carbon monoxide detector to complete our system. The lady that first spoke with us to set up appointment was very pleasant and knowledgeable. If we could receive an email or phone call when the rest of our system comes in it would be greatly appreciated. I would recommend you to friends. Thank you

Doug was an awesome technician. Very helpful, explained everything very well. He never got frustrated even though my husband would ask questions hed already answered. He was quick at the installation, worked around our sometimes difficult to get to areas & gave us a great deal. Im so glad we decided to g o with ADT. I now have services such Carbon Monoxide monitoring & smoke detector monitoring that I never had before. All in all, great experience.

The ADT technician was thorough and complete. There were other charges that we did not expect. We still waiting for the $100.00 Visa gift card that they promised after having to send them Cashiers Check from USPS. . Still Waiting.

The installation took way too long and went too late into the night. It was rough start to a two day process. The gift cards offered through the program require mailing of a money order to redeem and receive. The system seems to working now and technicians were friendly.

Im still in the learning phase. However, Ive felt safe more so now then before the installation.

Our technician was very friendly, very clear in explaining everything, very patient, very knowledgeable, and made it easy to understand.
