I’ve been frequenting Fusion Brew for with some regularity for the better part of the last decade, and it’s consistently been my favorite local coffee shop. The quality of both their beverages and customer service has always been stellar. They have a solid year-round menu while also rotating fun seasonal drinks and treats. Fusion Brew is a very clean and cute cafe with an all-around welcoming feel. I love this place and highly recommend it.

Im not really someone who goes out for coffee much but this is my ideal place in town. They have a chocolate banana mocha thing thats absolutely fantastic.

What a cool place! I bet everything on the menu is excellent, its a little overwhelming to have so many choices especially for an indecisive person like me! I ended up getting an iced mocha and my husband got a passion fruit slush. We were both very satisfied with our choices...both were made perfectly! I love how they seal the top of your cup instead of using plastic lids. I have never seen that before! Hopefully more places will start using this.Will definitely be back to try some boba!

I actually really enjoy fushion. My go to drink is a mango snow and its really good. Lately, it seems like the past few times Ive ordered from them something is usually wrong with my drink. They are sometimes out of ingredients and they dont really say anything they just make the drink without whatever you originally asked for instead of asking if you wanted any substitutes. Ive gotten a plain snow without any pearls. Ive gotten a slushie instead of a snow before. So Id say its really good, but I dont recommend ordering online because there isnt much communication on their end.

I emailed Fusion Brew and they took the time to look up what I ordered and gave me recommendations on what I might like and to order half flavor, since Almond is one of the strongest flavors they have. Also recommended Fusion Milk Tea which is similar to Royal Milk Tea. I wish I could give 10 stars after this very pleasant exchange. Ill go back and try something else, but dont recommend the Bubble tea.

I guess they have tea jellies or something?! I dunno. I was there to do some work and have a coffee bc Bloomington likes a three day weekend and it seems like everything reopens on Tuesday! So it was my go-to coffee shop on Monday.

They were low on Boba and I could only pick between 2. They also didnt have a good selection of slushies. When there is a better selection, I like it.

The baristas put so much work into their drinks and theyre all so friendly. Im in there so frequently that many of them already know my name and have memorized my order! Fusion Brew is definitely one of my Blo-No hotspots.

The shop itself was cute. I loved the stickers and I loved the sugar cookie. However, I have now been to every coffee shop in Blo-no and this was the worst. I had high expectations based on others’ reviews. I went and ordered an iced berry temptatious latte to go. When I got back to my apartment and drank it, there was so much syrup in it, it was like drinking straight sugar. I wasn’t able to taste the espresso. I couldn’t even drink half of it before I threw it out. Was greatly disappointed.

The employees there are just so friendly! I love the vibes here! And don’t even get me started on their milk teas! They aren’t powder it’s alllllll REAL TEA.

While supporting local businesses within my community, I visited Fusion Brew only not to be greeted nor feeling welcomed. After I initiated a greeting, the young lady was crass and did not seem interested in helping me to purchase a gift card stating they no longer had any. I visited 5 other local businesses today and truly felt respected and appreciated as a customer. I will try Coffee Hound in Normal.

My wife and I got electronic gift cards from our church just a couple days ago and decided wed come in this morning and got our favorite drinks. I typically like to add espresso to the Fusion milk tea, sometimes Ill add boba. Good combo!Heres a wishlist item for the online ordering though: Could you possibly add an option in there to request less/more flavoring syrup? We decided not to order online (which would have been more convenient) because there isnt a comments section or customization options, and the normal dose of flavoring syrup makes drinks much too sweet for us really any place we go, so we typically ask for about a fourth or half the syrup. I think others would benefit from this being added as a customization option as well. Even if it was a comment section that was added with say 30 character limits or something

Got a Taro milk boba tea. It was okay. I was expecting more but what can we say, We don’t have much options in the town. Maybe put a little more milk in their drinks.

Excellent decaf chai latte, not watery, not too think, just right.

The drinks themselves are delicious. Milk teas are a solid 5/5 - however, a reason for 3 stars is because the quality of the tapioca (boba balls) is severely lacking. There is not tapioca taste. Its simply a ball of gelatin. If the boba ball quality improves, the overall taste of the boba drinks will improve tremendously. Something to consider!

Drinks are delicious, space is cozy in off-peak hours, and the Pandora station is always on point. Love coming here to sip on a bubble tea while I get some work done or if I want to relax.

I love their boba tea. Its delicious. And I also love that they are serious about social distancing and Covid. I can just order my tea online and pick it up without directly interacting with people and putting my and others lives in danger.

Fusion Brew is the best study and hangout space on campus! The staff are always incredibly nice and its locally owned. You can tell the owners care a lot about the work they do. The drinks are always delicious and Ive honestly never had one I didnt like. Seriously, order anything on the menu. They also have vegetarian and vegan options. I will miss this place nearly when I graduate!

The bubbles in my tea was very firm and hard to chew. The lychee flavor was also very sour and not even close to what it should taste like.

Holy Coffee Bubble Tea fusion batman! Ive been to many a craft coffee shop but Fusion is one of the best. The baristas create some sort of magic and the result is delicious. Forewarning - the parking lot absolutely sucks and if the strip that Fusion is located in is busy, it can be quite a headache. However, dont let this deter you from some bomb drink creations.TL;DR, French Mint Mocha. Youre welcome.

Nice little coffee place tucked away. Clean, friendly atmosphere. Lots of seating perfect for bringing a laptop. They have coffee, teas, and specialty drinks as well as baked goods. Their coffee is pleasantly good, with lots of choices sure to suit your needs. If youre looking for a coffee joint to get some work done, or just hangout this is a great choice!

Decently fast and courteous service. The drink I had was actually better tasting than a Starbucks comparative. The Fusion Brew version could have used a little more coffee flavor to be allowed to produce itself. Other than that I would definitely return when in the area and in need of a delicious coffee.

Delicious food and drinks with such a wide variety to find just what youre looking for. Even if you dont like bubble tea, they serve an incredible hot chocolate! Parking can be hard to come by at times, but its certainly worth it. A comfy and quiet place to sit and relax or study, Fusion Brew is a delight to have in Central Illinois.

Personally its my favorite beverage place in town. I live out of town and I will make the trip to come get some boba tea from here. I think everything is very reasonably priced and tastes great. Everything comes out super quickly. It is a very comfortable place to unwind and study. I would give more stars if I could.

Fantastic coffee

Very comfortable and cozy place to hang out with friends or even enjoy your lone time to get your work done. Good choice in menu with moderate pricing. The best thing I like about Fusion Brew is that it is one of the fewest hangout place in town that are open late in the evening for a cup of coffee.

First of all they are one of two places in town to get bubble tea and are by far the superior. Im a frequent customer and am pretty much always happy with my drink. The atmosphere is great but it is used for a meeting spot a lot so its not the best place for alone time though Ill push myself to study here because the tea is that good. The staff will give you samples of most things if you ask and theyre all very knowledgeablenif youre new to the world of (bubble) tea/coffee. Would definitely recommend this place.

This place is always great and I have been a customer for 7 years since my first visit to their original location! I live out of state now and make sure to come here every time I am in Normal. Try the taro tea or one of their many chai versions. You wont be disappointed.

DONT GET THE WATERMELON SLUSH! It was too sweet and tasted nothing like watermelon. I went there to spend time with a friend, and their game is selection is okay, but most of them are missing peices. Overall its a neat place to spend some time. Just dont get the Watermelon slush.

Great drink options, absolutely delicious. Employees are incredibly nice and helpful. Often whenever my drink order even takes slightly too long theyll give me a bigger size to compensate. The atmosphere is chill and they have board games for you to play. Can get busy during the evenings and weekends. They have the best-cooked boba in town!

Fusion Brew is one of my favorite places to go to. Relaxed atmosphere, tons of space compared to a lot of other coffeshops. It is awesome. I have heard they are famous for Bubble tea, but I get the Italian Soda or something mocha.

Best coffe, best surface

Fancy teas and coffees with an exceptional variety of choices. The only place I know of in the area that has boba and pop boba. The teas are sort of bitter. I always add extra water and they are fine. Service is quick and friendly. There is ample seating if you want to bring your laptop and work. It is clean. They also sell cups, t-shirts, and sweatshirts. They also serve a small variety of baked goods.

Nice setting. First time there, I had coconut bubble tea with boba, and my wife had a vanilla peppermint snow. Disliked my drink, the flavor was off and the boba had a gummier texture than others Ive tasted in the past. My wifes was pretty good though. Would like to try again and get coffee based drinks instead.
