Pretty awesome. Store is clean and organized. Seemed short on help, though. Why dont people want to work?

This store is most often crowded with boxes. When you ask for something the common response is we are 3 trucks behind. I dont know... The assistant manager and manager are not easy to converse with. However, the cashiers are usually pleasant and personable. Most take pride in their work.

Dollar Tree is my happy place!! So many hidden treasures you can find!

Since having relocated to this new location, Dollar Tree has been very effective in providing excellent service, keeping the shelves fully stocked with merchandise, maintaining clean aisles, and offering good values. Even the parking lot was resurfaced last year so thats new, too. Theres a mailbox conveniently located right in front of the store and the employees are punctual when it comes to opening and closing on schedule.Thank you for reading my review!

This is one of the better dollar stores in town. Its usually cleaner and more well stocked than the others.

Good items for a dollar, but there are rarely adequate employees running the cash registers, which results in long checkout times.

Had fun shopping with grand-daughter for Xmas presents. Good choices for everyonePets too.

Lots of space good for social distancing. And lits of different selection, compared to other dollar trees. Food section too that accepts link card

I mean- its a dollar tree. I personally think this is one of the top 2 dollar trees in Bloomington Normal because of the sheer size of the store and amount of products they have. But if you want good service? Just go somewhere else

The cleanest place in town even on Friday nights and weekends. Seeing familiar Cashiers and not a lot of turn over. I go out of my way to visit Dollar Tree!

How can you go wrong everything is a dollar people were very friendly

The sign on the store stated it was open until 10pm. Walked in and was promptly greeted with we close in 7 minutes which was 9:30 PM. I stated what I needed and the clerk didnt even attempt to help me. When I went to check out, I said the door states that you are open to 10pm. The cashier said that the manager changed the door and I would need to take it up with the manager. The whole experience was very disappointing with the cashier.

Great place to pick up some reading glasses. I also like that these guys have name brands of certain items. Like, I can get a box of 22 Glad zippered snack size bags for a dollar.

This place is great! The customer service is good. Cashiers are quick and the store layout is attractive. It is easy to find items and its cheap.

Helpful staff, quick to answer questions and help out at the checkout lanes if theres a need. Always seems clean and organized, even when there are people stocking shelves. Great store!

This store is wonderful. It is clean well organized, there arent boxes piled sky high you have to try and get around. The staff are awesome and make you feel welcome .. like so many other stores that open please please keep the same attitudes and your store clean as time goes by the other stores DONT....The Mgr makes the difference and the staff you hire...treat them right Dollar Tree and you will continue to have a successful business!!! Love this store...

The manager Meme is so caring and knowledgeable - she goes out of her way to help us find anything we need. Every time we go in, our Dollar Tree is clean and friendly.

This was my 1st time at this location. Never again! The cashier was arguing with a customer, exchanging cruel words, and almost started a fist fight.Thats unprofessional.

The store was supposed to be open at 8am on a Sunday according to the website, but they have a sign on the door that they arent open until 10am. This is very inconvenient for people when they waste time coming to the store according to the hours on the website. Maybe you need to update the hours on the website?

This Dollar Tree is larger, therefore it has things the one I normally go to doesnt. I like the added variety.
