Iv been coming here since I was 14. They treated me like I was a big company back then and still give me the same treatment . They can’t perform magic tricks out of a hat but have always gone above and beyond to assist me at their best capacity, which is why i keep coming back for more !

We just moved to the area and I saw the reviews were very good for this location but were less than impressed. I dropped my mower off and was told it would be 1.5 to 2 weeks to fix. No problem. 3 weeks later I hadn’t heard anything so I called to see what was going on. I was told the wait time on the phone to get parts due to Covid was 2 hrs and they hadn’t heard anything back. I can understand that, however, I don’t feel that’s my problem. In any event I needed my mower back so I asked if I could help and call myself as I drive a lot for work and have time to be on hold. They said no we’ll get it. Now I was into the 4th week without a mower and still hadn’t heard anything. I went to the store to ask what was going on and they said they haven’t heard anything and mentioned again the hold times are long. So I said I will just pick it up then as I can fix myself but brought to you because I don’t have the time. The part can easily be found with a simple google search which I just did and will be delivered to my house in 2 days. My frustration is really from the poor service. The mower is older but it was just a simple cable that broke. Had you just kept me updated with what was going on I could’ve understood. The mower is old and I will be in the market for a new one in the near future. Needless to say I won’t be buying one from them.
Great customer service! I filled my lawnmower with last years gas - no joy! Took it to Midwest and the guys cleaned out the old gas and tested the mower while I waited! Thanks! Midwest also picks up and delivers mowers for annual servicing which I have done for years. It is so easy!
Clueless when it comes to basic recalls. These guys are hesitant to even help me due to the fact that I did not buy my mower here. They sell, service, and are an authorized dealer for Wright yet theyre uninformed on how to help regarding recalls and warranty work. This happens to be a very basic thing that dealers should know how to do. I had to jump through hoops and get a hold of Wright directly in order to have them call this shop so that i can get my recalled parts. Thank God Wright was on the ball about it. The shop was telling me they didnt know how they would get paid and that i need to talk to my original dealer who sold me the mower and that theyd need to have the mower in the shop for a week or more in order to get a look at it. I will not call or revisit this location at any point. Its worth the extra 1 hour drive to get service.

Very excellent service. Worked with me on a bad battery that was installed and replaced it and kept me in the loop the entire time. Did this at no cost to me. Definitely will be using their company for future needs.

Don was there to walk me through all my options and answer any questions I had. He truly cared about getting me a system that would fit my needs. When it came time for installation, which came soon after he came out to give me a full estimate, Don oversaw the entire thing with an eye for detail.
